The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is situated in a holiday home complex on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular thanks to the view of the sea from the property and its sunny waterfront location. The following are available for shared use: garden shower, barbecue facilities and a boat jetty.

Gdinj. The holiday apartment is located on an open plot. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: Protective masks, disinfectant and final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are observed.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 14.00/pet per day.

Shopping 5 km, restaurant 50 m, town centre 5 km. The nearest public transport stop is 5 km away. Discotheque, doctor, pharmacy, bank each 30 km in Omiš. Main road 5 km. Living room with 2 extra beds on couch/sofa, TV, air conditioning, dining area (6 seats) and access to the balcony (6 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs). 3 bedrooms each (13 sqm) with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living room with gas hob, oven, extractor hood and refrigerator. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

Included in the price: air conditioning, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen, Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
