Charming cottage located in the scenic Lyngsbæk Strand near Ebeltoft. This well-maintained 88 m2 house offers the perfect base for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. The cottage has two comfortable bedrooms. One room is equipped with a double bed and a single bed, while the other room has a double bed. There is a functional bathroom and an additional toilet. In the large, open living room with high ceilings, you can enjoy cozy evenings in front of the wood-burning stove. The kitchen is well-maintained with everything you need, including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and stove, making cooking a breeze. Outdoors, you can relax in the beautiful garden, which has direct access to the forest. From here, you can take a relaxing walk down to Molskroen, Femmøller Strand, Ishus, and cafés, which are about 800 meters away. Shopping is easy with a grocery store nearby, only about 400 meters from the house. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. Das Ferienhaus hat auf uns einen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck gemacht. Es ist praktikabel ausgestattet. Die Möbel waren in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Die Geräte haben alle Funktioniert. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. In den Betten hat man gut schlafen können. Die Umgebung war ruhig und das Naturgrundstück sehr gepflegt. Es liegt nicht weit vom Strand entfernt, fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Empfehlungen: Wir empfehlen den Gästen unbedingt einen Besuch im italienischen Restaurant Bellini. Es war dort sehr Speziell.Sonst ist die ganze Umgebung sehr sehenswert und vor allem mit dem Fahrrad bietet die Koomot-App zahlreiche Touren an, die unvergesslich sind.
