A cozy holiday home for the whole family – only 130 meters from the beach!
On the ground floor there is a living room with a television and a sofa, an inviting dining area, and a kitchenette. There is also a shower and a separate toilet.
Upstairs you will find a cozy mezzanine with two separate bedrooms – one with a double bed (140 x 200) and a built-in wardrobe, the other with two single beds (90 x 200) and a wardrobe. A terrace is very cozy thanks to comfortable garden furniture and Mediterranean plants.
During the high season, we prefer to rent from Sunday to Sunday.

In Gruissan, Languedoc-Roussillon, a charming fishing village on the Mediterranean Sea.
Restaurants, bakeries, and seasonal shops are only a 5-minute walk away.
The residence "Hameaux de la Plage" is located in the quiet district "Les Ayguades," not far from the towns of Gruissan and Narbonne-Plage. You are staying on a dreamlike, beautiful, and wide beach of fine, light sand that stretches for kilometers along the Mediterranean Sea. The beach is popular and frequently visited by families with children, as it is very wide and soft, safe for children, and serves as an ideal, huge playground.
Residence "Hameaux de la Plage" is a generously designed complex. The holiday houses, which are built in Provençal style, are grouped in blocks of four or five and all have a terrace.
About 400 meters from the complex there is a small supermarket and several small shops.
Gruissan, approx. 3 km from Les Ayguades, it has preserved its old village character. The visitor will find here a typical southern European fishing and wine-growing village with its narrow alleys, dominated by the ruins of an old Barbarossa tower. On several days a week, a market takes place around the old fishing harbor. Here, everything that makes up a Mediterranean market is offered, from fresh fish, mussels, vegetables, fruit, herbs to meat. Next to the old Gruissan, modern Gruissan developed around the new harbor. Here, night owls will find discos and, in the harbor, restaurants and bars with live music.
About 11 km inland lies the district capital Narbonne. An old Roman administrative city, which lies along the Canal du Robin and, with its old town and dominating cathedral, invites you to stroll. Be sure not to miss the daily market held in the old market halls. Here, every gourmet's heart beats faster.
