Villa Gloria is located in the village of Vabriga, near Poreč. This luxurious 4 bedroom villa is designed for 8 people and is ideal for families or groups of friends. Pack your bags, invite your company and spend unforgettable days relaxing in the villa or exploring the beauties of the Istrian peninsula.
The villa covers an area of 270 m² and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. The ground floor is characterized by an open plan where you will find a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room. The living room is equipped with a large sofa and TV, and there are 8 chairs at the dining table, making the space ideal for relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals that can be enjoyed at the indoor dining table as well as the outdoor dining table. The space is dominated by neutral colors of earth tones combined with elements of dark metal. All rooms are air conditioned and there is under floor and central heating for the colder days.
Villa Gloria has 4 modernly decorated bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom. All rooms are on the 1st floor and are equipped with double beds. In addition, 3 bedrooms have access to a balcony with sea views.
In addition to the modern interior, Villa Gloria offers a beautifully landscaped garden of 800 m². In the center of the garden is a heated saltwater swimming pool with 8 sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing, and in front of the villa there is a covered outdoor terrace with a barbecue area. We are certain that the outdoor space will be a favorite gathering place on summer evenings, as it offers a magical view of the sunset. The property is completely fenced for maximum privacy and there is also a private parking area for 2 cars.
If you want to spend a luxurious vacation on the Istrian peninsula, Villa Gloria has everything you are looking for. Just a 15-minute drive to the north is Novigrad, a charming town known for its magical sunsets and picturesque streets decorated with colorful umbrellas. Further south is Poreč, a city with a rich cultural and historical heritage that offers a range of facilities and activities - from water parks to concerts and cultural events. Whichever city you choose, you will not make a mistake and your villa will be waiting for you when you return from your trip.
