Location and surroundings of object

Unterleinleiter is a charming village in Bavaria, Germany, surrounded by nature. Our holiday flats are located on the outskirts of Unterleinleiter (approx. 1000 inhabitants), which belongs to the administrative community of Ebermannstadt. From our house you can reach cycling and hiking trails in a few minutes, from where you can explore the lovely surroundings with their castles, valleys and forests. There is a hairdresser and a village shop in the village. There are good and inexpensive restaurants in the neighbouring villages. The playground is approx. 3 minutes away. If you would like to be pampered, the thermal spa in Obernsees is approx. 20 minutes away by car.
Unterleinleiter is located pretty much in the centre of the triangle between Bamberg (30 min), Nuremberg (60 min) and Bayreuth (30 min). These towns are also ideal for visiting on a rainy day. Depending on which direction you are travelling from, you will pass one of these towns.
Unterleinleiter is located in Franconian Switzerland, a landscape to fall in love with and be enchanted by. Idyllic orchards, bizarre rock towers, enchanted caves and lush valley meadows make up the charm of this special corner of the world. Franconian Switzerland also has a lot to offer culturally. Castles, fortresses and ruins are just as inviting to visit as magnificent religious buildings, such as the basilica in Gößweinstein. There are also a number of interesting museums that provide an insight into the history and traditions of our homeland. Tradition is very important to us, as evidenced by the many festivals at every time of year, e.g. baking oven festivals, the Annafest or the Easter fountains, the Festival of Lights and so on. There is plenty for families to experience, be it on a ride on the museum railway, on the summer toboggan run, in the high ropes course or in the wildlife park. But the most family-friendly thing is the prices in our beautiful region. Visit us and experience it for yourself.
