The apartment is located in a sunny location only 100 from the sea and pebble beach. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.

Kitchenette in the eat-in kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, microwave, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower and WC.

The holding of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
