Welcome to the holiday home Nordseeurlaub1A.de in the coastal resort of Hooksiel!
Our holiday home offers space for up to 4 guests on 75 square metres of living space with 2 bedrooms.
Arrive and feel at home.
Facilities on the fully tiled ground floor:
Hallway with cloakroom, guest WC, living & dining room with modern leather seating area, wing chair, 49-inch LED Smart TV, satellite TV, DVD player, hi-fi system, bookcase, dining area with chairs, high chair for children on request, kitchen with dishwasher, cooker/oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and various electrical appliances, access to the terrace with awning. A barbecue is also available.
Equipment upper floor (floor with vinyl wood structure):
1. Bedroom: double bed, 180 cm wide, 200 cm long, 2 bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe
2. Bedroom: 2 single beds 90 cm wide, 200 cm long, 2 bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, desk, high chair and cot on request,
Daylight shower room with hairdryer, mirror cabinet and washing machine are available.
There are 4 chairs and a table on the terrace. 2 sun loungers and an awning as well as a parasol are at your disposal.
Up to 4 bicycles can be stored in the shed next to the terrace.
All windows are fitted with pleated blinds. The windows in the bedrooms and bathroom are fitted with fly screens.
Rental conditions
Deposit: 20% of the rental price on booking
Final payment: 3 weeks before arrival

Arrival time: 15:00 at the earliest
Departure: by 10:00 am at the latest

Location and surroundings of object
Hooksiel is a seaside resort on the North Sea in Lower Saxony, Germany.
All important facilities are within walking distance. Bakery, restaurant, bicycle hire, seawater wave pool with sauna.
A large, very well-stocked supermarket is also nearby.
Hooksiel has a 5 km long, gently sloping sandy beach (with textile and nudist area).
Approx. 100 metres away is the dyke, behind which is the Hooksmeer (a 60-hectare inland lake with a wide range of leisure activities for water sports enthusiasts, regardless of the tide. (marina, water ski lift, sailing school, surf and kite school, pedal boat hire).

Arrival
Shortly before the end of the A29 motorway, take the exit towards Hooksiel/Horumersiel (exit behind Wilhemshavener Kreuz), the country road will take you directly to Hooksiel.
There is a railway station in Wilhelmshaven, from there you can take the bus directly to Hooksiel.
There is now a regular long-distance bus service (Cologne, Wuppertal, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Essen, Münster) to Hooksiel, which can also take bicycles.

Alles bestens und sehr sauber. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Vemieterehepaar ist sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar wenn es ein Problemchen gibt. Gerne wieder. LG

It couldn't be better.

A holiday home where you feel comfortable right away.
We had a great summer week in the middle row house. The vacation home is very nicely furnished. Everything was clean and well-maintained upon our arrival. Older children will especially love the attic for playing. The stairs are a bit steep for small children. The location across from the sea swimming pool, close to the dike at the racetrack, and near the bakery is ideal. Overall, the residential area is very quiet. The garden is rather small and visible. However, that did not bother us. The equipment is very family-friendly (e.g. toys, cribs, high chair). We would love to come back!

Perfect accommodation for a relaxing lake vacation
Very nice, well-maintained, tastefully furnished accommodation where nothing is missing. That's why we have been "repeat offenders" for several years.

Very lovingly furnished holiday home in a quiet location in Hooksiel.
We were in this beautiful holiday home for the first time and felt very comfortable from the very first minute. What stood out to us immediately was the modern yet cozy furnishings/decor. Additionally, the house was very clean. Everything was intact, and unlike other houses, even the knives were freshly sharpened :-) Nothing was missing in the kitchen. The large TV is a good distraction on rainy days, or you can go to the indoor swimming pool, which is reachable in under a minute. A local shop and a bakery are also nearby. We rented the middle of the three houses. The middle house has an expanded attic that is intended as a large play area for children (including seating cushions and toys). We particularly liked the bike garage that belongs to the middle house. The rental was done directly through the very nice landlord couple Haase. They are also always available if there are any questions and are really very nice! Summary:
