Discover the Kompassrose holiday flat, located in the picturesque village of Niesgrau. This charming accommodation offers 55 square metres of space for up to two guests. It has a cosy bedroom, a living-dining room, kitchen and bathroom, all furnished with attention to detail.
The holiday flat has a parking space right outside the door. The kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a microwave, kettle, coffee machine and much more, ideal for self-catering.
A cosy dining area in the living room invites you to enjoy meals together.
The living room is equipped with a TV and free WiFi, so you can always stay up-to-date or enjoy a relaxing film night. An iron and hairdryer are also available for your convenience.
The holiday flat is a non-smoking accommodation and offers an allergy-friendly environment. Bed linen is included and gives the bedroom a cosy atmosphere.
The flat is lovingly furnished with warm wooden details and high-quality textiles.
The bathroom is functional and bright, with a WC and a shower.
Everyone has their own preferences when it comes to towels.
We have decided not to provide towels for personal hygiene. Please bring your "favourite towels" with you.
You will find a shower mat and tea towels in the flat, as well as a made-up bed.
The kitchen offers plenty of storage space and a comfortable work surface.
Cyclist special:
Your bikes are safe and dry in our garage with electric door opener. You are also welcome to store the rear rack.
A "feeding place" for e-bike batteries is of course also available.
Should your bike ever break down, we will be happy to provide you with suitable tools.
If you ever find yourself without a plan, we can help you with tips for the route.

Clear recommendation for the vacation apartment "Kompassrose"
Unfortunately, the time in the vacation apartment Kompassrose went by far too quickly.
It was beautiful and everything was very good. Apartment with complete equipment top, beds top, surroundings top, leisure activities and shopping opportunities top, landlords top. There was nothing to complain about, it was simply beautiful and the vacation worthwhile. Clear recommendation for the vacation apartment "Kompassrose" and thanks to the landlords for the wonderful time at the Baltic Sea.

Everything is right here!
We (a couple in our 60s) vacationed with Mrs. Giebeler and her husband from August 24 to 31, 2025. Both are exceptionally accommodating and friendly. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and described in the text (with cozy blankets and even the sparkling wine was provided). A folder with ideas for excursions was also included. And it couldn't be cleaner! There was absolutely nothing to complain about; we felt very comfortable. The house is located on the edge of the small village of Niesgrau, there is a large parking space on the property, and we put our bicycles in the garage. It's not far to the Baltic Sea, but I (f) should have brought my e-bike (like almost everyone you see on a bike along the way).
We catered for ourselves, but we also went out to eat - there are various different options. One can reach everything very quickly from the place anyway: Flensburg, Kappeln, Maasholm, Arnis, the Geltinger Birk, or also museums, to name just a few - it was therefore a perfect place for us to explore the area.
By the way, we were very glad that pets are not welcome here.

I am absolutely satisfied.
Here, not too much is promised; everything is absolutely clean, the landlords are accommodating and very friendly. Furthermore, the apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, extremely quiet.
