Description
The traditional former home offers 120 square metres of space for up to 6 guests. It has three bedrooms and a bathroom. The ground floor is at ground level and has approx. 90 square metres. The attic has two separate rooms with an anteroom.
The house is suitable for a family holiday, but also very cosy for two. You have a beautiful view from the balcony into the garden, where you will find herbs and flowers. The garden of approx. 300 square metres also offers a covered arbour for rainy days and a barbecue area, ideal for cosy evenings. There are sun and shade areas.
The eat-in kitchen with extendable dining table is equipped with a kitchenette, dishwasher, fridge, gas cooker with oven, kettle and toaster. Crockery is also available. A soapstone stove is a cosy source of warmth for chilly evenings.
The house is a non-smoking house, smoking is of course permitted on the balcony and in the garden. The house has wooden floors. The furniture is individual and cosy. There are works of art on the walls and bookshelves with books. The balcony room faces south.
Long-term rentals are possible by arrangement. WLAN is available. Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price.
The town of Lychen charges a visitor's tax. In the high season 1.50 Euro per person, in the low season 1.00 Euro per person over 16 years. This amount is charged separately.

Lychen is surrounded by lakes and offers an enchanting landscape, many cultural and artistic attractions. Shopping facilities, banks, cafés, galleries, a church and the lido are all within walking distance of the accommodation. Right next to the accommodation there is a park and a large meadow with access to the lake. There is a nice café with lunch in the neighbourhood. There is tourist accommodation on the market square.
The public transport bus stops 200 metres away.
The nearest railway station is in Fürstenberg. Distance 12km.
