The detached villa, built in 2022, is modern and functionally furnished. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property over the forests and its quiet, sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly and romantic accommodation. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Location
Garica, district Vrbnik. The villa is located on a 450 sqm enclosed forest plot, bordered by a fence and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

Air conditioning, underfloor heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (3 m x 7 m, 1.5 m deep).

Living/bedroom (30 sqm) with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa, TV, air conditioning, dining area (6 seats) and access to the terrace. 2 bedrooms each (12 sqm) with 1 double bed (king size) and TV. Bedroom (9 sqm) with 1 single bed and TV. Kitchen (8 sqm) with TV, electric cooker (induction hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom (4 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Bathroom (5 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

The holding of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
