Discover the charming holiday home Korberg, located in idyllic Oberkirch in the central Black Forest. With 160 square metres of living space, it offers room for up to 8 guests. Spread over 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this holiday home is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

The fully equipped kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired. Here you will find everything you need to prepare your meals: a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and offers plenty of space for cooking together.

The holiday home has a washing machine so that you always have fresh clothes to hand, even during longer stays. You will find a hairdryer in the bathrooms, so you don't need to bring your own.

The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds and high-quality bed linen. They offer a quiet retreat to relax in after a day of adventure. The living room is cosily furnished and invites you to relax and socialise.

The holiday home is surrounded by a picturesque landscape that invites you to go for a walk and explore. Enjoy the peace and beauty of nature right on your doorstep. The house is located in a quiet residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still with good connections to the surrounding sights.

The guest accommodation contract is considered concluded when the holiday apartment or holiday home has been confirmed by both the guest and the Korberg Holiday Home. The contract obliges both the guest and the holiday farm to comply with its terms. **§ 2 Rental Period, Arrival and Departure** The day of arrival and the day of departure count as one rental day and are charged as such. On the day of arrival, the booked holiday apartment/holiday home is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; on the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. **§ 3 Rental Price, Payment Method** The rental price must be paid in cash on the day of arrival or transferred in advance. We do not accept credit cards. **§ 4 Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay** 4.1. Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, if you have taken out insurance, the insurance will cover the resulting damage. If you have not taken out insurance, the agreed rental price must be paid by the tenant. If we are able to re-let the vacated apartment, you will not incur any costs (regardless of when you have to cancel the rented rooms); otherwise, we will charge 90% of the agreed amount. If you arrive later or depart earlier, the booked days must be paid for. 4.2. A cancellation must be made in writing. Receipt of the cancellation will also be confirmed in writing by the Korberg Holiday Home. **§ 5 Pets** Bringing pets is not permitted. **§ 6 Rental Property** 6.1 The holiday home is rented with complete inventory. Any shortages or defects must be reported immediately. The inventory must be treated with care. The tenant is liable for damages resulting from culpable breach of their duty of care and notification. The tenant is also liable for the fault of their fellow travelers. Damages caused by force majeure are excluded from this. 6.2. In the event of improper use of the holiday apartment or holiday home, such as subletting, over-occupancy, disturbance of the peace, etc., as well as non-payment of the full rental price (§3), the contract may be terminated without notice. **§ 7 Invalidity** The invalidity of individual provisions of these terms and conditions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In place of an invalid provision, a valid regulation that comes as close as possible to its economic intent shall apply. The same applies to any contractual gaps. The correction of errors, especially spelling or calculation errors in written offers, confirmations, or brochures of the Korberg Holiday Home, is reserved. Deviations and side agreements must be made in writing. **§ 8** This contract is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
