Location of the accommodation – misleading representation At no point during the booking process or in the description of the accommodation was it mentioned that the property is located right next to a military domain. Instead of the peace and charm of Provence, our clients found themselves in the immediate vicinity of a military cadet school and a military hospital, which made the atmosphere of the surroundings completely unpleasant and absolutely does not match what one expects from a holiday in Provence. This is a serious form of incomplete and misleading information. 2. Condition of the accommodation – technical and hygienic deficiencies Upon arrival and during the stay, numerous deficiencies were identified in the house, including: • Two of the cooking plates did not work, which significantly complicated cooking for a family. • The pots and pans were next to the trash can, disorganized and in an unhygienic state. • Some of the cookware was unusable, including pans with completely damaged non-stick coating (see attached photos). • The so-called "electric BBQ" turned out to be a cheap low-quality device, comparable to a model from a discount store like Action. This does not meet the expectations raised by offering a “BBQ” facility at a luxury accommodation.
