Welcome to the holiday home Nordseeurlaub1A.de in the coastal resort of Hooksiel!
Our holiday home offers space for up to 4 guests on 75 square metres of living space with 2 bedrooms.
Arrive and feel at home.
Facilities on the fully tiled ground floor:
Hallway with cloakroom, guest WC, living & dining room with modern leather seating area, wing chair, 49-inch LED Smart TV, satellite TV, DVD player, hi-fi system, bookcase, dining area with chairs, high chair for children on request, kitchen with dishwasher, cooker/oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and various electrical appliances, access to the terrace with awning. A barbecue is also available.
Equipment upper floor (floor with vinyl wood structure):
1. Bedroom: double bed, 180 cm wide, 200 cm long, 2 bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe
2. Bedroom: 2 single beds 90 cm wide, 200 cm long, 2 bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, desk, high chair and cot on request,
Daylight shower room with hairdryer, mirror cabinet and washing machine are available.
There are 4 chairs and a table on the terrace. 2 sun loungers and an awning as well as a parasol are at your disposal.
Up to 4 bicycles can be stored in the shed next to the terrace.
All windows are fitted with pleated blinds. The windows in the bedrooms and bathroom are fitted with fly screens.

Location and surroundings of object
Hooksiel is a seaside resort on the North Sea in Lower Saxony, Germany.
All important facilities are within walking distance. Bakery, restaurant, bicycle hire, seawater wave pool with sauna.
A large, very well-stocked supermarket is also nearby.
Hooksiel has a 5 km long, gently sloping sandy beach (with textile and nudist area).
Approx. 100 metres away is the dyke, behind which is the Hooksmeer (a 60-hectare inland lake with a wide range of leisure activities for water sports enthusiasts, regardless of the tide. (marina, water ski lift, sailing school, surf and kite school, pedal boat hire).

Arrival
Shortly before the end of the A29 motorway, take the exit towards Hooksiel/Horumersiel (exit behind Wilhemshavener Kreuz), the country road will take you directly to Hooksiel.
There is a railway station in Wilhelmshaven, from there you can take the bus directly to Hooksiel.
There is now a regular long-distance bus service (Cologne, Wuppertal, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Essen, Münster) to Hooksiel, which can also take bicycles.

Perfectly equipped holiday home down to the smallest detail - Carefree vacation guaranteed
We were already at the accommodation for the second time and can wholeheartedly recommend the holiday home.
The Haase family as landlords were very friendly and accommodating; all communication was very pleasant and professional. In particular, and not a given, was the offer to pick us up at the train station!
The holiday home itself was very clean, up to date, and very well furnished. A good amount of all necessary supplies was available for the start, e.g. Dishwasher tablets, liquid soap at every sink, coffee capsules, etc. - this service makes arriving incredibly easy and provides immediate vacation feeling from the first minute.
Thank you for everything - we would love to come back!
Hooksiel itself is a great holiday destination, the location of the holiday home is optimal - a bakery and a bike rental are within walking distance. If the weather should be East Frisian, then the seawater wave pool is also around the corner and reachable in 3 minutes on foot.

Holiday home in Hooksiel
Well-located vacation home directly opposite the seawater wave pool. Bicycle rental and restaurant are also in close proximity. The house is always well-maintained and the amenities are completely adequate. The hosts are very friendly and do everything to ensure the satisfaction of the guests.

Vacation as a family can be a lot of fun.
We are a family of four (children aged 4 and 1) who went on vacation and were warmly welcomed by the Haase company on the day of arrival. The house was perfect, very clean and well-maintained. No wishes were left unfulfilled, a high chair and stair gate were provided, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need (including dishes for the children). The bedrooms were also great. We brought our own bed linen, but it is also possible to get bed linen for a small fee. In the bathroom, there is an additional step for the kids to reach the sink, and a washing machine is also available (drying rack as well). You can relax in the garden on the terrace and end the day comfortably. If you are traveling by bike or, like us, rented them in the village, you also have the option of storing them directly in the small shed (right by your own garden). The location of the apartment is also good. The beach is about a 30-minute walk away. The neighboring towns (e.g. Schillig with a great beach for the kids) are easily accessible by bike via the beautiful cycle path and offer wonderful views. Overall, from arrival to departure, it was a wonderful vacation week and we would love to come back again.

Familie Haase als Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, jegliche Kommunikation war sehr nett und professionell. Insbesondere und nicht selbstverständlich war das Angebot, uns am Bahnhof abzuholen!
Das Ferienhaus selbst war sehr sauber, auf aktuellem Stand und sehr gut eingerichtet. Von allen Gebrauchsmitteln war eine gute Menge für den Start vorhanden, bspw. Spülmaschinen-Tabs, an jedem Waschbecken eine Flüssigseife, Kaffee-Kapseln etc. - dieser Service erleichtert das Ankommen ungemein und sorgt ab der ersten Minute für direktes Urlaubs-Feeling.

Hooksiel an sich ist ein toller Urlaubsort, die Lage des Ferienhauses ist optimal - in Laufweite ist direkt ein Bäcker und der Fahrradverleih erreichbar. Sollte das Wetter mal ostfriesisch sein, dann ist das Meerwasser Wellen-Hallenbad auch um die Ecke und in 3min zu Fuß erreichbar

Das Haus ist immer gut gepflegt und die Ausstattung völlig ausreichend.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und versuchen alles zur Zufriedenheit der Gäste beizutragen.
Das Haus war perfekt, es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Keine Wünsche wurden offen gelassen, es wurde ein Kinderstuhl und ein Treppengitter bereitgestellt und auch die Küche war mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet ( inkl. Geschirr usw für die Kinder).
Die Schlafzimmer waren auch super. Wir haben uns Bettwäsche mit genommen aber es ist auch möglich für kleines Geld die Bettwäsche gestellt zu bekommen.
Im Bad gibt es zusätzlich eine Erhöhung für die Kids um ans Waschbecken zu kommen und eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden( Wäscheständer auch vorhanden)
Auf der Terasse im Garten,kann man den Tag gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Falls man mit dem Rad unterwegs ist oder sich wie wir
diese im Ort ausgeliehen hat, hat man zusätzlich die Möglichkeit sie direkt im kleinen Schuppen
(direkt am eigenen Garten) unterzustellen.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch gut. Der Strand ist ca 30 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Nachbarorte(.z.B Schillig mit tollem Strand für die Kids) sind mit dem Rad über den schönen Fahrradweg gut erreichbar und erlauben eine wunderschöne Aussicht.
Alles in allem war es von der Ankuft bis zur Abreise eine schöne Urlaubswoche und wir kommen sehr gern noch mal wieder.
Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet.Alles war sehr sauber.
Die Küche war mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet was man zum kochen benötigt. Herr und Frau Haase sind sehr freundliche und liebe Vermieter, wir konnten sie jeder Zeit erreichen.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden nochmal wieder kommen und können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen.
