Welcome to the holiday home Nordseeurlaub1A.de in the coastal resort of Hooksiel!
Our holiday home offers space for up to 4 guests on 75 square metres of living space with 2 bedrooms.
Arrive and feel at home.
Facilities on the fully tiled ground floor:
Hallway with cloakroom, guest WC, living & dining room with modern leather seating area, wing chair, 49-inch LED Smart TV, satellite TV, DVD player, hi-fi system, bookcase, dining area with chairs, high chair for children on request, kitchen with dishwasher, cooker/oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and various electrical appliances, access to the terrace with awning. A barbecue is also available.
Equipment upper floor (floor with vinyl wood structure):
1. Bedroom: double bed, 180 cm wide, 200 cm long, 2 bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe
2. Bedroom: 2 single beds 90 cm wide, 200 cm long, 2 bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, desk, high chair and cot on request,
Daylight shower room with hairdryer, mirror cabinet and washing machine are available.
There are 4 chairs and a table on the terrace. 2 sun loungers and an awning as well as a parasol are at your disposal.
Up to 4 bicycles can be stored in the shed next to the terrace.
All windows are fitted with pleated blinds. The windows in the bedrooms and bathroom are fitted with fly screens.

Deposit: 20% of the rental price on booking
Final payment: 3 weeks before arrival

Location and surroundings of object
Hooksiel is a seaside resort on the North Sea in Lower Saxony, Germany.
All important facilities are within walking distance. Bakery, restaurant, bicycle hire, seawater wave pool with sauna.
A large, very well-stocked supermarket is also nearby.
Hooksiel has a 5 km long, gently sloping sandy beach (with textile and nudist area).
Approx. 100 metres away is the dyke, behind which is the Hooksmeer (a 60-hectare inland lake with a wide range of leisure activities for water sports enthusiasts, regardless of the tide. (marina, water ski lift, sailing school, surf and kite school, pedal boat hire).

Arrival
Shortly before the end of the A29 motorway, take the exit towards Hooksiel/Horumersiel (exit behind Wilhemshavener Kreuz), the country road will take you directly to Hooksiel.
There is a railway station in Wilhelmshaven, from there you can take the bus directly to Hooksiel.
There is now a regular long-distance bus service (Cologne, Wuppertal, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Essen, Münster) to Hooksiel, which can also take bicycles.

Perfectly equipped holiday home down to the smallest detail - Carefree vacation guaranteed
We were already at the accommodation for the second time and can wholeheartedly recommend the holiday home.
The Haase family as landlords were very friendly and accommodating; all communication was very pleasant and professional. In particular, and not a given, was the offer to pick us up at the train station!
The holiday home itself was very clean, up to date, and very well furnished. A good amount of all necessary supplies was available for the start, e.g. Dishwasher tablets, liquid soap at every sink, coffee capsules, etc. - this service makes arriving incredibly easy and provides immediate vacation feeling from the first minute.
Thank you for everything - we would love to come back!
Hooksiel itself is a great holiday destination, the location of the holiday home is optimal - a bakery and a bike rental are within walking distance. If the weather should be East Frisian, then the seawater wave pool is also around the corner and reachable in 3 minutes on foot.

Holiday home in Hooksiel
Well-located vacation home directly opposite the seawater wave pool. Bicycle rental and restaurant are also in close proximity. The house is always well-maintained and the amenities are completely adequate. The hosts are very friendly and do everything to ensure the satisfaction of the guests.

Communication with the host is very good. The Haase family is helpful and always wants to make you feel comfortable. The House 47 is clean and equipped with everything you need for a lovely holiday.

Vacation as a family can be a lot of fun.
We are a family of four (children aged 4 and 1) who went on vacation and were warmly welcomed by the Haase company on the day of arrival. The house was perfect, very clean and well-maintained. No wishes were left unfulfilled, a high chair and stair gate were provided, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need (including dishes for the children). The bedrooms were also great. We brought our own bed linen, but it is also possible to get bed linen for a small fee. In the bathroom, there is an additional step for the kids to reach the sink, and a washing machine is also available (drying rack as well). You can relax in the garden on the terrace and end the day comfortably. If you are traveling by bike or, like us, rented them in the village, you also have the option of storing them directly in the small shed (right by your own garden). The location of the apartment is also good. The beach is about a 30-minute walk away. The neighboring towns (e.g. Schillig with a great beach for the kids) are easily accessible by bike via the beautiful cycle path and offer wonderful views. Overall, from arrival to departure, it was a wonderful vacation week and we would love to come back again.
