Novi Vinodolski. The holiday apartment is located on a 150 sqm open plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house.

Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the premises.

Included in the price: internet access, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, Bed linen (weekly change), hand towels (weekly change).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): local tax.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: registration fee 5 € per person per stay. On request: air conditioning 5 € per object per day. washing machine 5 € per stage of washing programme based on usage.
