A rural and private residence on the attractive Bjäre Peninsula. A house with plenty of space both inside and out. The plot is large and surrounded by green fields and pastures. Perfect for two families who love nature and proximity to all the wonderful places to visit in Bjäre. On the ground floor of the house there is a kitchen with a dining area. One bedroom has a double bed and TV, one has a bunk bed. The living room is light and airy with a spacious sofa, modern TV and a wood burning stove. There is a toilet on the same floor. In the basement of the house there is a bathroom with a shower as well as a washing machine and dryer. The upper floor of the house is a dormitory with two double beds, a single bed and both seating and a dining table. On the farm plot there is also a house that has a party room with plenty of tables and chairs. Invite to a lovely party in the summer evening. Celebrate birthdays with your friends. Walk up the hill outside the house and enjoy a fantastic view of Båstad and the bay. The undisturbed location of the house means that deer roam here at close range. A short drive away is the tennis metropolis Båstad with lovely beaches and a vibrant entertainment scene. Here is Sweden's most visited beach and the beautiful cold bath house. The beach is shallow, child-friendly and teeming with activities during the summer. Here is also Båstad's harbor area with a large selection of cafes and restaurants. Discover the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and excursion destinations. There are nice cycle paths on the entire Bjäre Peninsula. Just north of Båstad are Norrviken's gardens, a popular destination. You only have a short drive to Laholm. Laholm has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here Lagan winds around the town and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. Fishing license required. There are also several lovely hiking trails on Hallandsåsen. To the west are all the coast's small fishing harbors and bathing beaches from Ängelholm to Torekov. Your nearest golf course is Båstads Golfklubb.

We had a fantastic stay at this holiday home! The spacious layout was perfect for our two families, and the kids loved the bunk beds, The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals together, The view from the hill behind the house was stunning, especially at sunset, The location is great for exploring Båstad and its beautiful beaches—definitely recommend visiting Malens Havsbad Beach nearby!
