Vacation August 2026

We encountered a clean property that is sensibly equipped with everything. Our dog was able to enjoy the fenced garden. Everything important is quickly accessible. Overall, a successful vacation.

We have booked the house for the second time now and are very satisfied again. We also really liked the fencing, which was not present last time. This allowed our dog to romp around in the garden without restrictions. Everything is available that one needs, the owners have put in a lot of effort. Unfortunately, we had a bit of bad luck, as the mosquitoes bit us a lot despite the fly screens and fly curtain at the entrance door. Otherwise, the vacation was very good, we will definitely come again.

I visited my grandchildren there for a weekend. It was great. I am 87 years old and had a nice weekend. Everything you need is there. The surroundings also offer a lot for young and old. I would love to come back.

Very nice house which, as we find, is very nicely located. The small fence in the garden was also very practical for our little dog. We would love to come back.

The accommodation has a great location. It is very clean. The path to the water is short. I have been there several times with my family, and we will come back. There are five of us, and we lacked nothing. The surroundings offer a lot for both adults and children. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, the garden is large, and the shed contains all kinds of toys for outdoor play. The hosts are open to suggestions and implement them immediately. They renew and repair immediately. They are very friendly people, you feel at home right away. Thank you for the warm welcome!

Hello everyone, we have vacationed in Otterndorf before, but this was our first time in a holiday home. The location was great. The property is fenced, which was a pleasant surprise for us, allowing us to let our two dogs run around. The house was sufficiently large for 4 people. However, unfortunately, the toilet could not be locked, so our older daughter always wanted to take a shower when no one else was in the house. My husband also had to buy some things for the grill to get it started (lighter) because there was none in the house. But we will come back for Easter.
