Both apartments have 3 balconies and high quality window profiles, special sound insulation gates for optimal noise protection.
Apartment on the 2nd floor 110 sqm : living room with dining area and balcony facing south, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and window, 2 bedrooms with balcony facing north and air conditioning.
Towels/linen (beds are made up on arrival). Both flats have a parking place 6 min. walk from the flat. You can drive to the flat at any time for loading and unloading.

The apartment Casa Catharina is located directly in the center of Garda. Shops such as supermarket, pharmacy and boutiques for a shopping spree are only a few steps away. The beach and the harbour, from where the ferry across the lake, can be reached in a few minutes. A very attractive trail along the lake to the next villages, Bardolino and Lasize. Possibility for bathing, aperitif and lunch at the lake. In the area you can hire bicycles and moped.
Golf Course in Maciaga 3 km from Garda.
Culture pleasure with a daytrip to Verona, Venezia, Mantua and Milan. Garda, which gave its name to the lake, situated in a picturesque bay surrounded by green hills. In the narrow streets of the old town (2 min walk.) Restaurants, bars and ice cream along the promenade is ideal for a walk after dinner.

Very nice centrally located flat
We felt very comfortable in the holiday flat. Mrs Groenhoff welcomed us very warmly with a bottle of wine and tomatoes from her own garden. There was plenty of bed linen to change and towels and Mrs Groenhoff was always available for questions, especially as she lives in the same house. The flat is very centrally located, there is a small grocery shop diagonally opposite and it is only a few minutes' walk to the lake and the old town.

Very, very great
This was the second time we stayed in the flat and everything was excellent, just like last year. F. Groenhoff is a super nice landlady, always friendly and in a good mood. The flat is in a great location with a view of the garden, and it's only a 2 minute walk to the harbour in Garda. We have booked again for next year.
