Arrive, unpack, and feel comfortable
Located in a beautiful, green fringe area, at the end of a cul-de-sac, our comfortable,
very well-maintained vacation home "Marlene" awaits you and offers plenty of space for up to 6 people.
In the secluded garden, you can fully enjoy your privacy.
Situated directly on marked cycling trails, it is the ideal starting point
for smaller and larger activities. Elegantly furnished with great attention to detail, the house has 3 bedrooms,
two with double beds and one with a single bed.
The heart of the house is the large living/dining room with a cozy sofa corner,
modern entertainment electronics and direct access to the garden.
Of course, free Wi-Fi is also available. The top-quality, modern eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, blender, coffee machine, and refrigerator with a small freezer compartment.
The modern, spacious bathroom is equipped with double sinks, toilet, corner bathtub, shower, and heated flooring, and a large skylight provides a bright daylight atmosphere. There is a separate guest WC available and in the utility room
you have access to a washing machine and dryer.
Directly from the living room, you can go onto the furnished terrace and into the lovingly landscaped garden,
which invites you to relax and linger. Here, two sun loungers and an electric grill are also waiting for you.
Sufficient information and maps about the sightseeing spots in our region,
various books and board games for adults & children are available. A carport for your car is available, and there are two additional parking spaces for extra vehicles.
You can charge your vehicle at the in-house charging station (11KW, Type 2 connector, incl. charging cable).
Billing is done fairly via a separate meter.
Also, a lockable storage option for bicycles brought with you and a charging option for e-bikes.
We provide 3 bicycles for your free use. Basic amenities and services:
- personal greeting at the house and orientation
- if help and advice are needed, someone is readily available on-site
- bed linen, towels, dish towels, and final cleaning are included
- all floors are tiled or equipped with laminate
- the windows have external shutters
- bedrooms, bathrooms, and patio doors are equipped with insect screens
- initial kitchen supplies (dishcloth, dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, etc.) are provided - Initial sanitary equipment (toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, etc.)
- a small welcome gift
Our holiday home "Marlene" is very well-maintained and is regularly serviced.
The satisfaction of our guests and the cleanliness of our house are our top priorities.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home "Marlene" is situated in a beautiful, green outskirts location, in a side street with little traffic.
You can reach the centre of the village by bike or by car in a few minutes.
A bakery is in the immediate vicinity.
Bad Zwischenahn, right in the middle of Ammerland, offers an impressive range of leisure activities:
Wellness, Nordic walking, golfing, horse riding, sailing, surfing, shopping, culture and an excellent and varied gastronomy.
Around 380 kilometres of well-signposted hiking and cycling trails invite you to go for walks and bike rides. A boat trip with the "White Fleet" on the sea is also an option.
Moorland, heath, woods and meadows, well-tended parks with mighty trees and old farmhouses define the wonderful landscape that stretches around the Bad Zwischenahner Meer.
A special attraction in May and June are the thousands of flowering rhododendrons.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
Due to the constantly changing situation in times of the global Corona pandemic, your booking will be cancelled free of charge if there are official travel warnings or bans on accommodation affecting your travel period!
However, if you, for example, become ill with Corona, need to go into personal quarantine, your district becomes a risk area, or you do not want to travel, that is your responsibility. For your own safety, we recommend that you take out travel insurance, e.g. where Corona supplementary insurance is also offered.
If you wish to cancel a booking for which no ban on accommodation is announced, our normal cancellation conditions apply according to our terms and conditions:
- No later than 90 days before the agreed arrival date, the accommodation contract can be terminated by either party by unilateral declaration without charge.
- Thereafter, cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
• 50% of the rental price if cancelled up to 60 days before arrival
• 70% of the rental price if cancelled up to 30 days before arrival
• 90% of the rental price if cancelled from the 29th day before arrival
These charges apply unless the property can be re-rented for the same period. The cancellation terms are reduced by the amounts earned from re-renting the reserved period.
No refund of the rental price is due in case of early departure.

In our holiday home you will find everything you need for a nice and relaxing holiday. Above all, a lot of peace and relaxation. It is clean, well-maintained, comfortable, cosy and furnished with great attention to detail. In the meantime, we have many regular guests who like to come to us again and again. This makes us very happy and we have already met many lovely and nice people. We welcome and say goodbye to every holiday guest personally. Upon arrival, you will receive all the information and also many insider tips about the region, excursions, sights, historical sights, localities, culture, etc.
