Welcome to Villa Graziella, your perfect holiday destination in San Vito dei Normanni, Apulia. Our holiday villa offers space for up to 6 guests on 140 square metres of living space.
The house offers 3 bedrooms on the upper floor (all with air conditioning) + 1 sofa bed in the open area of the upper floor, one bathroom on the upper floor and one on the ground floor, a bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin in the outdoor area.
On the ground floor there is a nice living-dining room, an open modern kitchen with all electrical appliances. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for laundry if required (there is also air conditioning on the ground floor)
On the upper floor and ground floor there is a TV with German programme, W-Lan and Alexa are installed.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden where you can enjoy the warm Apulian sunshine. For barbecue lovers, there is a BBQ grill and a professional pizza oven, ideal for cosy evenings with family and friends. A highlight of the villa is the inviting swimming pool, which invites you to cool off on hot days. A car park (partly covered) is also available so that you can park your vehicle safely. The property is completely fenced and secluded.
The villa has two spacious terraces, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine a four ring gas hob and a gas oven are available for use.
For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided, as well as a beach towel for the pool loungers.
An iron and a hairdryer round off the facilities.
A highlight is the large, illuminated pool (12 x 7 m) with a depth of 1.30m to 2.40m. Of course there is an outdoor shower for hot days and a WC. There are six sun loungers and a settee around the pool.
Important note: Bathing and swimming in the pool is generally at your own risk. Swimming pool open from April to October.

° Arrival time : By arrangement, but usually not before 4 pm
° Departure time : No later than 10 am

Location and surroundings of object
Our Villa Graziella is located 3 km outside of San Vito. It is 7 km from the motorway (Bari-Brindisi). It is 20 km from Brindisi airport and 110 km from Bari airport. The nearest supermarket, bar or pub is 3-4 km away.
San Vito dei Normanni, Apulia, a charming town full of history. The 800-900 year old town has been organising wonderful festivals and events for generations.
Recommended beaches nearby: Oasis of Torre Guaceto, approx. 10km, it is a beautiful sandy beach in a nature reserve. Free beach and equipped area with umbrellas and sunbeds.
Torre Pozzella:
Small beach (called Pocket Beach) with emerald green water, 15 km away. Ideal for children thanks to the shallow water.
We recommend the towns of Ostuni, the "white town", Alberobello, the "capital of the trulli", Brindisi, Martina Franka, Lecce and many more
Zoo Safari di Fasano ( 25 km ) Car safari with free-roaming animals, one of the largest zoos in Europe.
