Description
The holiday home is located on the southern Swedish west coast in the province of Halland between Falkenberg (15 km) and Halmstad (25 km). It was built in 2007 in typical Swedish wooden construction on a 600 sqm natural plot. The living area is 70 sqm and is divided into 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bunk bed, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, 1 bathroom with shower and underfloor heating, as well as a 35 sqm living and dining area with a kitchen. The large wooden terrace (70 sqm) encompasses the entire south/west side. FINAL CLEANING is to be done by the guests themselves.
The house is located in a holiday home area with almost exclusively Swedish owners. Enrisvägen is a circular path with no through traffic. The sandy beach (Ugglarps Havsbad) with rocks protruding into the sea is very suitable for children as it slopes very gently into the sea. Nearby, there are several nature reserves for hiking and biking. (4 bicycles are available)
With Halmstad, Falkenberg and Varberg, charming cities invite you to stroll around.

Beautiful house in a beautiful environment
Very uncomplicated handling and key handover. The house was very clean and large enough for a family of four. We felt very comfortable. It's only a 5-10 minute walk to the sea and various beaches. Mr. Schmidt is a very friendly and accommodating host.

Very beautiful holiday home in a quiet location.
We spent a wonderful, relaxing vacation with our two teenage daughters in the beautiful holiday home. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The large windows and spacious living area make it bright even on gloomy days. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Inside the house, there is a small selection of contemporary literature and travel guides for Sweden, as well as some board games. The landlord has compiled a lot of nice tips for excursions in a folder. The beaches in the immediate vicinity invite you to swim and take walks. We had a great time relaxing and would love to come back!
