Looking for a nice holiday home perfect for the holidays not far from the beach with the whole family or with friends? With many leisure, excursions, sports facilities and stunning views over several bays?
Welcome to Palombaggia in Corsica at the Villa Belle Vue!
From the terraces and the bedrooms of this house you have a fantastic view of the sea with the islands.
Walking the beach is reached in about 10 minutes by car in about 5 minutes. The facility is located in a very nice, well-kept garden. The plot size is about 5000 square meters.
The property is two families or large families very suitable for. 2 The property is divided into two apartments with Reihenhauschakter that lie next to each other. The rental price is for both properties together.
Each apartment has a private terrace and a common open space.
One object is about 100 square meters, the other 60 square meters.
Access is both on the terrace in front of it on the ground floor. From there, each reached the associated living-dining room with integrated kitchen.
The larger apartment has three bedrooms: a double bedroom on the first floor, a large room with 2 single beds and a third room with bunk beds on the ground floor. Upstairs and downstairs each is a spacious shower room. This unit is intended for 6 persons.
The other apartment has a bedroom with double bed and an alcove with bunk beds; Next to it is a bright, spacious bathroom. A living-dining room with integrated kitchen is on the ground. This apartment is suitable for 2 adults with max. 2 children.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located near the beach of Palombaggia, about 8 km from Porto-Vecchio. It is located above the bay and is accessible via a paved private road. In the summer months there is a small shop in a 5 minute drive, otherwise you get in Porto-Vecchio in the big supermarkets all.
Palombaggia is one of the most beautiful beaches of Corsica. Here the sand is soft and white and framed by oak trees and picturesque rock formations. The beach is flat - for children very suitable. There are several small restaurants (open from about the end of May) and there is a canoe and paddle boat rental during the summer months. Nearby opportunities for tennis, horse riding, surfing. One of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe is not far away.
The house is situated above the beach with fantastic sea view, several bays and islands on a slope.

Approximately 25 km from the house are the mountains and the forest of Ospedale; there are good and many walking opportunities for all levels. Also climbers come in "Bavella" at their expense.
In Porto-Vecchio, you can enjoy the historic center with its many small shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. Especially on summer evenings there is an interesting atmosphere. Then many cultural events on offer, such as concerts or theater. Porto Vecchio is a lively place with a popular marina.
As an excursion Bonifacio offers south of the island. There, too, beautifully restored old town with a large marina. Make it a boat ride and marvel at the overhanging chalk cliffs with the upper town of Bonifacio from the sea! In the early evening, a stroll along the harbor with its many restaurants is recommended.

Fantastic beach vacation in Corsica
We really had a fantastic beach vacation in this villa and the nearby beaches. We have rarely come home so relaxed, happy, and full of positive impressions from a holiday.
Everything worked out excellently with the landlord. He always responded quickly and very politely to our inquiries - compliment!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Die Umgebung der Villa ist grosszügig, hat viele Pflanzen und ist sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die traumhaften Strände ist Einzigartig!
free time activities: Strandurlaub inkl. Schnorcheln, Tauchen etc. vor der Haustüre möglich. Andere Aktivitäten wie Surfen, Jetski etc. sind nicht weit weg. Velofahrer und Jogger kommen ebenfalls auf ihre Kosten.
shopping facilities: Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der näheren Umbebung eher beschränkt. Für das nötigste (Brot, Gemüse, Früchte, Mineral etc.) gibt es ein kleines Geschäft (Proxi)ca. 3 Autominuten entfernt. Für Wocheneinkäufe fährt man am besten nach Porto-Vecchio.
