This traditional and well-maintained holiday home is set on a secluded lawn plot at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Grønhøj, in an especially attractive location close to the beach and the North Sea. The terrace features an inviting hot tub and a convenient outdoor shower, perfect for relaxing in the open air. The spacious garden offers plenty of room for ball games, sunbathing, or simply unwinding in nature. Inside, the house exudes a cozy, classic Danish atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen is open to the dining and living areas, creating a warm and functional space for the whole family to cook, eat, play, and relax together. On cooler days, you can light the wood-burning stove in the living room for added comfort and ambiance. The main house offers two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. In addition, a third bedroom is available in a separate, unheated annex located right next to the property, providing flexibility for families or groups. With its charming interior, generous outdoor spaces, and prime location near the beach, this holiday home offers an ideal setting for a memorable family getaway. Whether you are seeking relaxation, outdoor activities, or quality time together, this home provides the perfect base to enjoy the Danish coast. Please note: rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.
