Wer keinen Trubel haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Tolle Unterkunft mit einem super Ausblick. Allerdings war leider das Wetter nicht optimal, so dass die großzügige Terrasse nur selten genutzt werden konnte.

Es ist eine wirklich toll ausgestattete Wohnung die kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Es ist an alles gedacht, reichlich Geschirr und eine Küchenausstattung die ihres Gleichen sucht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten sind top, die beien Bäder sind zeckmäßig und großzügig ausgestattet, lediglich der Wasserdruck bei den Duschen ist leider sehr schwach. Die Fußbodenheizung reagiert sehr träge, bei dem wechselhaften Wetter was wir hatten war es leider oft etwas zu warm Ein schöner (fast) rundum Balkon lässt den Blick übers Wattenmehr und die Nordsee zu. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, 2 empfehlenswerte Restaurants sind aber in unmittelbarer Nähe zu finden. Zum Einkaufen muss man dann jedoch mindesten 4,5 km fahren oder nach Husum, dass sind dann 28 km. Brötchen gibt es auch in der Nähe. Ein (Elektro-)Grill hätte uns auf dem Balkon noch gefallen. Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas eng. Im Nachbarhaus wohnt ein cholerischer Mensch, der meine Frau übelst grundlos beschimpft hat. Alles in Allem, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, nur das Nordstrand touristisch auf dem absterbenden Ast liegt ist sehr schade, aber wohl nicht zu ändern.

Wir sind Ferienwohnungen u. Ferienhäuser erfahren aber eine so schön eingerichtete sowie saubere Ferienwohnung hatten wir noch nie! Lage und Aussicht sind unseres Erachtens perfekt! Wir werden die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Kompliment an die Besitzer vor allem für die hochwertige Einrichtung und auch an "Ferien an der Nordsee" für die Betreuung und Sauberkeit! The apartment is completely overloaded with decorative items. As a result, the overall impression has suffered a bit. Less would be more here. The beautiful wooden table was covered with a tablecloth. I can understand that the owner wants to protect the furniture, but the appearance suffers as a result. We didn’t feel very comfortable with that. What a shame, given this high-quality apartment.

This short vacation booked over the holidays at the North Sea was a complete success. We really liked the friendly and very competent service from the agency and the holiday apartment. The apartment is fully equipped (a large freezer is very rare in a vacation rental) and we found all the things we needed to be of very good quality. The tasteful decor and the cleanliness upon arrival left nothing to be desired. Surely we will book again with "Holidays at the North Sea" and keep this apartment in mind. The penthouse apartment left nothing to be desired. Top equipped and elegantly furnished. The view from the huge balcony is breathtakingly beautiful. The integrated steam sauna in the shower is a delight every evening after the bike tours. Perfect parking space across from the front door. The balcony was immediately cleaned perfectly after a phone call. Communication with Holidays at the North Sea worked flawlessly and was very harmonious and friendly. Thumbs up for this apartment. This is now whining at a high level. It would be desirable if the bike shed were lockable. This way, everyone has access (many construction workers and other companies are currently working there).

Very high-quality and fully equipped holiday apartment with a dreamlike view over the dike into the expanses of the Wadden Sea. For a relaxing and restorative break, Nordstrand is the perfect travel destination. The parking lot is now perfectly marked, and there are no issues there either. If one appreciates this gem and hopefully treats it with care, one is well accommodated in the holiday apartment "SeeZeichen"!

Everything fit perfectly, even the construction site next door didn’t bother me. Unfortunately, the parking spaces are not marked, so "my number 20" was always blocked by others. No problem...
