A very nice apartment for us that we would like to use again. Two small notes: The switch on a table lamp in the living room and one in the bedroom are not working properly. The door to the bedroom is difficult to close.

We felt comfortable. The location is optimal. It was very quiet in the house. We thank you for the good service. The garage for the car and bicycles was pleasant. The vacation rental is located on a quiet side street, the balcony faces the main street and offers a magnificent view of the bay and the North beach opposite. The bedrooms are located on the side street side and are therefore very quiet. The apartment is generally well equipped, but what is slightly confusing are the missing ceiling lights in the living room and bedrooms. One must necessarily deal with the switch positions of the floor lamps. I used the apartment alone for a period of almost 3 weeks and was very satisfied.

We really liked the apartment, it was very clean and well-furnished, you could almost move in permanently. Downside: 1. The blackout of the bedroom window is not optimal. 2. The remote control of the Samsung TV takes some getting used to, there is no description for it. There is an app called "SamRemote", but it's annoying with the advertising.

The holiday apartment Utsicht is located in a multi-family house. The tenants/owners wish for quiet behavior. This suited us very well. The apartment is very well equipped, everything you need is there. We only used the balcony to a limited extent because it was too hot (west side) or the traffic was quite loud. It is worth mentioning positively that there is a lockable parking space with a bicycle parking facility. It would be nice if the bedrooms had better blackout options. Otherwise, the holiday apartment is recommended. It is also positive that the office of "Ferien an der Nordsee" in Husum is easily accessible. The key handover via a safe at the office also worked well.
