Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Die Anfahrt ist einfach. Es ist alles gut ausgeschildert. Die Ankunft am Ferienhaus war entspannt. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Das Ferienhaus selbst ist schön urig. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und heimisch. Alles ist sehr hell, kombiniert mit Naturholz. Es war alles schnell zu finden, kein großes Suchen. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum: Deiche, Felder und Wiesen, Natur so weit das Auge reicht. Die Nachbarn, Einwohner, alle Menschen sind dort entspannt und liebevoll. Typisch Nordstrand Gemüt. Die Ausflugsziele und Sehenswürdigkeiten die wir besucht haben (Nordstrand, Husum), waren alle gut ausgeschildert, man findet überall einen (bezahlbaren) Parkplatz, es war alles sehr ordentlich und alles sehr schön. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort waren alle super. Ein große Auswahl, die Preise wie zu Hause und in jedem Geschäft auf Nordstrand gab es Souvenirs und "Einheimisches" , was mir besonders gut gefallen hat. Kontakt zu unserem Gastgeber hatten wir keinen während des Urlaubes, wäre aber jederzeit möglich gewesen. Die Anfragen im Vorfeld des Urlaubes wurden schnell und zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen, -der nicht zu groß gewachsen-.

Wir kamen in ein altes gewachsenes Haus mit niedriger Deckenhöhe. Die Ausstattung des Mobiliars ist nicht neu aber in einem guten Zustand. Das Haus ist liebevoll gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind Durchgangszimmer, für Familien OK. Fahrräder kann man gut unterstellen. Die Terrasse mit dem Garten sind von außen zugänglich und überdacht. Darüber der Balkon ist neu und wirklich klasse geworden. Hier kann man auf der Sonnenliege den Abend ausklingen lassen und die Natur genießen. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und kümmern sich zeitnah, bei uns nach einem Problem mit dem TV. Die Dusche ist mit einem Duschvorhang abgetrennt und etwas ungewöhnlich aber durchaus funktionell mit bester Lüftungsmöglichkeit. Vor unserem Urlaubsbeginn war das Haus nicht vermietet und es roch muffig. Das verflüchtigte sich im laufe unseres Urlaubs. Fazit: ein besonderes Häuschen an der Nordsee.

Unfortunately, the two weeks in the beautiful holiday home went by too quickly. It is a cozy furnished holiday house that leaves nothing to be desired. No matter what the weather is like, you always find a place to sit sheltered from the wind. It is completely fenced so that our dog could run free there. Moreover, it is an ideal starting point to explore the island and the mainland. Oh, you can see beautiful sunsets from there. Or in 2. Enjoying 4 km by the water (if it’s there). Also, the support in the holiday home when there are problems is promptly handled. The only downside we felt was the lack of fly screens on the windows. And perhaps the garbage bins should be placed a little further away, as the flies were somewhat bothersome during meals. Otherwise, we would definitely recommend the house.
