Casa Rosmarino is located in the middle of a lush natural paradise, surrounded by oleanders, pines, olive trees and rosemary. Built in the style of a Sardinian shepherd's house, it is modernly equipped with the comforts of our time.
Handcrafted chestnut wood furniture contrasts pleasantly with the natural stone wall and the rustic wooden beams, which run through the entire house with a room height of over 5 metres.
The overgrown and covered terrace, with a large dining area and barbecue facilities, invites you to dine and chat. A small goldfish pond blends gently into the idyllic surroundings. The pool terrace belonging to the house, which is lined with white-flowering oleander bushes, is just three steps away. While swimming, you have a sweeping view of the beautiful Myrthental valley. Two sun loungers and plenty of seating are available for you to relax and unwind. The pool is operated with a modern salt electrolysis system, which is better for your skin and hair, strengthens your immune system and does not cause any chlorine odour.
The pool measures 8 x 4.5 metres and is 1.60 metres deep.
If Casa Azzurra is rented out at the same time, the pool is shared. The holiday guests of Casa Azzurra have a separate pool terrace at their disposal.

Location and surroundings of object
The spacious property on which Casa Rosmarino is situated is located in a beautiful natural area with views of a magnificent mountain panorama. An ancient tree population of cork oaks, strawberry trees (corbezzolo), pines and an olive grove runs through the entire immediate surroundings and is framed by impressive granite formations. The view stretches as far as San Pantaleo, a small artists' village, which can also be reached on foot. The first shopping facilities, bars and restaurants can be found there. The central location on the edge of the Costa Smeralda allows you to reach Porto Cervo with its upmarket boutiques, marina, golf course and tennis court within twelve minutes by car. Trendy bars, clubs and restaurants invite you in.
And of course the miles of beaches with crystal-clear water that gave this paradise its name - Costa Smeralda. -
We recommend flying into Olbia Airport on arrival. Please book your hire car at the same time (20 km from the rental property). If you arrive with your own car, please use the Olbia ferry harbour. After payment you will receive a location from us via Whats App for Google Maps. The airport and ferry port are less than 30 minutes by car from Casa Rosmarino.
Pets are only allowed with written confirmation from the landlord.

Beautiful accommodation a bit inland - but perfectly located for the Costa Smeralda. 15 minutes to Arzachena, Porto Cervo, Cannigione, a few minutes to beautiful beaches and only 35 minutes to the airport. Idyllic peace, beautiful pool, great facilities, very good restaurants in the area. Car (bike/Vespa) recommended (necessary). Pool and terrace are shared when booking the slightly smaller Casa Azzurra at the same time, you have to adjust ;-) Great landlords, excellent communication, and very proactive. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT STAY.
