Holiday home with a panoramic view of the Åstfjord. Final cleaning included in the price. The holiday home has an open kitchen/living room. Woo1d-burning stove in the living room. Apple TV with Norwegian channels via Allente. German channels via Astra. Internet. Activities: Darts, board games, NintendoWii, and billiards. Terraces with a seating area and fire pit outside the living room. Swimming opportunities from shallow beach 2 km away and rocks only 400 meters away. About an hour’s drive to the center of Trondheim with popular attractions like the Nidaros Cathedral, Erkebispegården and the 18th century houses by the river Nidelven. The fjords in the area and the Åstfjord have sheltered waters for fishing all year round and are excellent fishing fjords. In the months of February to May and September to November, there are larger quantities of fish in the Hemnefjord and further afield: Cod, pollock, sole, haddock, big pollock etc. 100m to the boathouse with Filleting place for fish with light and water. Boats for rent: 1x 17-foot Selfa with 50 HP engine, GPS/chart plotter/sonar and 6 rod holders. The boat is located in the marina at Mjønes, 5 minutes from the house. The lanlord has a payment terminal for payment of boats, electricity, bedlinen, etc.

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the house was! The children had enough room to play and we all felt comfortable. The location offers a peaceful retreat and the nearby beach was perfect for swimming. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly place.
