Are you looking for absolute peace, privacy and nature near the big city?
Then you have come to the right place. Our light-flooded modern holiday home is situated in a somewhat enchanted location on an almost secluded plot of land directly at the junction of two lakes.
It is tastefully furnished with a combination of modern and antique real wood furniture, suitable for allergy sufferers.
A large living room with open fireplace, a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a media corner with smart TV ensure a relaxing stay for up to 6 people.
The bedrooms are spacious and each offer 180x200m beds, which are equipped with high-quality mattresses. All bedding is covered with encasings suitable for allergy sufferers.
The spacious terrace invites you to linger, and the cosy fireplace provides comfortable warmth on cooler days. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a kettle and a coffee maker, so you can feel at home. Bed linen, TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, Wi-Fi, iron and hairdryer are also provided.
The holiday home at the Bauernsee is a non-smoking house.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is situated in a forest landscape that invites you to long walks, bike rides or mushroom picking. Many different species of birds will visit you and with a bit of luck a pack of deer will visit you in the morning. If the water level is high enough, you can theoretically row our boat to the nearby farm lake and go fishing or swimming. Unfortunately, the spring storms have put a few trees across the river, so direct boat travel is not possible at the moment.
It takes about 50 minutes by car to get to Alexanderplatz. It's a little faster by train.

Little break
We had a nice weekend, even though it rained a lot. The location of the house is very quiet, but it is still easy to reach by public transport. The house leaves nothing to be desired, the equipment is great. Communication with the landlord was flawless. He does everything to ensure his tenants are comfortable.
We would gladly come back.

Christmas gift
We wanted to escape the Christmas hustle and bustle and had the best conditions for that at the FH. Plenty of space and room for communal activities (eating, playing games, watching TV, staring into the open fire, conversations) as well as for retreating to the room.
Very well-equipped kitchen. Tasteful, positively minimalist furnishings of the rooms. Wonderful surroundings, forest and lakes, for relaxing walks in winter.
In other seasons, the use of the garden, cycling tours, and swimming would be added.
Simply brilliant and above all relaxing.
