Discover the JW Mazury holiday home Kormoran with its own jetty in Waplewo, Poland - an idyllic holiday paradise for up to 4 people on 90 square metres of living space, on 1800 m2 of land beautifully surrounded by old pines and flowers. The holiday home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and offers you the highest comfort in the middle of a picturesque landscape.
Enjoy the fresh air on the spacious balcony or relax in the spacious garden, which invites you to linger. A BBQ grill is available for sociable barbecue evenings. Park comfortably in the on-site car park and use the spacious terrace with seating area, swing and dining table for cosy hours outdoors. On cooler evenings, the fireplace in the living area provides cosy warmth and an atmospheric ambience, and large glazing means you can always admire the beautiful view, despite the bad weather.
The modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine and leaves nothing to be desired. Bed linen, towels and cosmetics are of course provided, as well as a kayak/canoe ( for your own use ), a rowing boat ( for your own use ) and bicycles for trips into the surrounding area. For your entertainment, there is a TV with satellite, a washing machine and iron in the storeroom.
Long-term rentals are possible and the holiday home is reserved for non-smokers. Location and surroundings of object
Our living space JW MAZURY Holiday Houses by the Lake is located in Masuria about 12 km from Olsztynek/Hohenstein. The good location and good connections favour short trips to Gdansk or Warsaw. Also Olsztyn with its old town in a distance of about 40 km is worth seeing.
Our large wooded property gives our guests a lot of privacy. Different kinds of birds hide in the trees. These can be heard very loudly in May and June months. A family of squirrels has also inhabited our habitat for years.
Our side of Lake Mielno is inhabited by white-tailed eagles, which can sometimes be seen over the water.

We do not provide beach towels, please bring your own! Additional change of towels will be charged extra. Free towel change once/week.
A deposit of 200 euros will be taken in cash on the day of arrival and refunded on the day of departure (if the object is returned in the same condition as on the day of check-in).
For a binding reservation we require a deposit of 30 % to the account of Lebensraum JW MAZURY , 7 days before your arrival payment of the remaining booking amount.
In case of no-show at the facility or early departure the cost of the reservation is non-refundable. Check-in starts from 15.30 on the day of arrival and ends at 21.00. Check-out on the day of departure by 10.00 am.
Within the limits of availability, arrival/departure times may be changed (upon request)
Reservations for stays in season minimum 7 nights, out of season minimum 5 nights.
The price includes electricity, water, wood for the fireplace, bed linen, towels and use of water equipment (canoes, rowing boats) and bicycles. There are no additional hidden charges for the tenant.

Peace and pure nature
For us, it was the perfect vacation. If you are looking for tranquility, water, and some seclusion, you will find it here. Everything you need (and much more) is available. Very nice landlords. Jolanta and Waldemar speak German and were always approachable for us. Jola and Waldek, we felt very comfortable with you and will come back.
