Discover our flat "My sea view" in Peschici, Puglia. Enjoy your holiday with a 180 degree view over the Gargano National Park, the sea and the castle of Peschici. The 50 square metre spacious flat accommodates up to 3+ guests and features 1 bedroom, a large kitchen-living room with a comfortable sofa bed (full size mattress), a desk area and 1 bathroom.
The highlight of the flat is our balcony, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea. For cosy evenings, a fireplace is at your disposal during the cold months, while the air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures during the hot summer nights. As I am passionate about cooking, you will find a very well-equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, microwave, oven, food press, juicer, kettle and a washing machine. Thanks to the strong wifi access, you will always stay well informed even on holiday and you can use this flat ( as we did) very well as a hybrid fail-safe base for working & travelling.
The flat is available for long-term renters (price on request) and offers an allergy-friendly environment as everything is tiled. Please note that this is a non-smoking flat and pets are not allowed.
The flat, furnished to a high standard, is very bright compared to most flats in Peschici due to its corner location.
The surroundings of Peschici offer many possibilities for activities and excursions. Discover the picturesque beaches and the impressive cliffs and grottos of the region. But also the Gargano nature area is pleasantly cool in summer (800m) and the many picturesque fishing villages invite you to explore and feast. In addition, there are 11 authentic trabuccos (fishermen's installations) - 3 of which have been converted into excellent local restaurants.
Please note that in Peschici (in all villages here) you have to walk a lot of stairs (even from the street to the apartment there are 30 steps!)

Location and surroundings of object
Peschici is the smallest of 3 picturesque fishing villages in the Gargano nature area – the peninsula in the north of Apulia.
Due to its location on the peninsula (surrounded by water and wind on 3 sides) it is always a bit pleasantly cooler here than inland. We have fallen in love with this village, as it is not yet so developed for tourism and mainly Italians spend their holidays here. Everywhere there are dreamlike beaches (our own 2 beaches are beautifully located and can be reached from the apartment in 3 minutes (walking down) (going up takes a bit longer (-;)). There are many different hiking trails in the area and the village has a large number of small restaurants and bars from April to September.

Peschisi: also very good in winter.
excellent stay in this apartment in Peschisi: the location is admirable, facing the beach at the top of the hill, with an extraordinary view of the white village and the sea. Peschisi was wonderfully decorated for Christmas and absolutely not crowded. Do not hesitate to come here off-season! The apartment is functional, beautifully decorated, and recently renovated. It is perfect for a couple in love.

Just perfect!
Fabulous home in Peschici, magnificent views and spot on location, - we had a dream stay and would most definetely recommend it!! The home is so pretty, clean and elegante, with a real attention to details in every aspect - just perfect. The key selling point t is the view and it is 10 times better than in the picture! Both the bed and the sofa bed were super comfy, amazing shower, super well equipped kitchen and excellent Wi-Fi connection. But what really made the difference was lovely Dagmar, she was so friendly, helpful, flexible and understanding. It was our very first time in Peschici and she just manages to make it super easy for us, providing us with clear instructions and all we needed at the house. She also welcomed our children and made us feel completely at home! Thank you!!

Super nice apartment!!
We have had such a great time here! It is close to the city center and the beach and what an amazing view! We enjoyed local delicacies every evening at sunset. There are also great shops and restaurants nearby. With a car (or scooter), you can also explore the nearby villages well. Really amazing!! Advisor!

The Sweet Life At Its Best
A wonderfully furnished apartment, the view of the sea from the balcony is fantastic, the beach is within walking distance and not crowded, small bars, cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, a small "authentic" Italian supermarket, yet a very quiet location, would love to spend my little break here again and again. Hiking in the nature park, and the picturesque old town built into the rock around it. With the laptop on the balcony in the home office with a view of the sea and sunset. What more could you want.

We are a German-Dutch family from Amsterdam with 2 daughters who are already studying and have found this small but nice apartment in order to be able to work more often from this picturesque fishing village hybrid. We prefer to rent to 2 persons only - after consultation possibly also to families with slightly older children (there is a very comfortable sofa-bed (140cm) with a full-size mattress in the living room).
