Description

The cottage:

The holiday home includes 2 flats on the upper floor. Ideal for 2 persons per flat. 2 extra beds / flat are possible. Each apartment has a living room with small kitchenette, TV, W-Lan connection, bedroom with double bed, shower and WC.
In the basement there is a large lounge with bar, mini kitchen, fireplace (firewood available) and TV.
Outside you can use a cosy terrace with beer garden furniture and barbecue.
In summer there is the possibility to share a large swimming pool.
A table tennis table can be set up.
Parking spaces for cars are available at the holiday home.

Rental prices:

Minimum stay 4 days.

The price per flat is 70,00€.
Total house 140,00€.
Bed linen is provided.
Please bring hand and dish towels.

Our village:

Our holiday home is located in the scenic Ulbersdorf, which belongs to the town of
Belongs to the town of Hohnstein.
Our village still has a baker who bakes bread rolls in the old German style.
There are also 2 restaurants in the village with good quality, typical regional cuisine.
Ulbersdorf has a railway connection to Lusatia and Bad Schandau.
From here you can use the "Sächsische Semmeringbahn" (Saxon Semmering Railway), which runs through Saxon Bohemian Switzerland. You can also take beautiful hikes into the mountains from the village.Opposite the holiday home is an old noble residence (The Castle). The von Lüttichau family was closely connected with the Dresden court.

Holidays in the countryside in beautiful Ulbersdrf

Very nice holiday apartments, very friendly and helpful landlords. We had a wonderful and relaxing week. Hohnstein, the Bastei, Bad Schandau are easily accessible, but also Dresden if you have a car. There are hiking trails right at the doorstep as well. The restaurant "Zum Erbgericht" and the bakery are recommended!

Vieles versprochen, aber.......

freundlicher Vermieter, laut Inserat Poolbenutzung, Tischtennisplatte und Grill, Pool unsauber und es wurde gleich gesagt nur mal zur Abkühlung, Tischtennisplatte blieb verpackt stehen, Grill wurde nach Anfrage erst am letzten Tag bereitgestellt, WLan wurde abgestellt ca. 21 Uhr und vergessen am nächsten Tag anzustellen, meine Enkel spielten Fussball auf dem Hof, da kam der Hinweis es gäbe auch einen Spielplatz, der Vermieter wohnt gegenüber auf dem Hof und man fühlt sich immer beobachtet, die winzige Ecke zum draussen sitzen ist nicht einladend und am Haus wuchern Sträuche da hatten wir bis zu 6 Wespen im Zimmer, kein Fliegengitter, steile Treppe im Haus mit niedriger Deckenhöhe(Gefahr für Kopf)
