Description

Our quietly situated holiday flat is located directly on the shore of Lake Constance next to the Lotzbeckpark and offers a magnificent view of the lake and the Swiss mountains already at breakfast.

The apartment consists of a spacious living room with separate dining area, a separate kitchenette and a bedroom.
The living room, the dining area and the kitchenette offer you a panoramic view of the lake and the Alps. From the bedroom you look into the green area of the Lotzbeckpark and towards our local mountain, the Pfänder.

Private parking spaces are available free of charge directly at the house in the enclosed courtyard
Your bicycles can be parked in the courtyard or in the cellar.

If you would like to travel by train, you can reach our apartment from the Lindau-Aeschach stop in 500m. But also from the train station Lindau-Insel a relaxed asphalted footpath (without cars) along the lakeshore leads directly to us.

Not only the apartment, but even better is the landlord. He and his wife fulfill every wish of yours, even without being asked.

You don't have a balcony, but you will get everything you wish for. We wish you a great vacation in this apartment in Lindau.
