Welcome to the southern Upper Lusatia in the Zittau Mountains-Spreequelland in our holiday home with heated winter garden Type A, 60 m2 (4 people) and the apartment "Lauscheblick" Type B, 55 m2 with covered terrace (4 people) in a quiet southern location and panoramic view of the Zittau Mountains. You will stay on the outskirts in the very sparsely built-up district "Dörfel", where you can enjoy your holiday undisturbed by neighbors due to wide spatial separation. The accommodations have parent and child bedrooms, an open kitchen with full equipment and adjoining dining area, living room with seating area, TV, telephone, direct access to the terraces and to the garden with garden furniture and barbecue area.
The conservatory in the holiday home becomes the central meeting point during the holiday for families who are friends through shared use.
In 10-15 minutes you can reach an adventure pool, a nature trail, and a circular hiking trail via forest paths. Next to the adventure pool is the "Querxenland," where everyone can use numerous sports and play facilities free of charge.

Every year in the last week of June, "The Eibau Beer Parade" (actually Eibau Beer and Tradition Parade) is a "folk and traditional festival" celebrating (brewing) tradition in Upper Lusatia, which takes place annually at the end of June in Eibau. Since 1993, a festive parade from the inn "Waldkretscham" Walddorf along the B 96 to the festival grounds at the "Volkshaus" has commemorated the historically documented beer dispute between Görlitz, Löbau, and Zittau in the 17th century. Reminiscent of the century.
The 27th Eibau Beer Parade begins at ___ o'clock at the "Waldkretscham" in Walddorf. Also in 2019: Grand opening party with ninefold simultaneous beer tapping by all breweries.

Super House for Short Vacation
We were only on a short trip at the house to visit friends nearby. But this house invites you to come back. It is very functionally furnished; we noticed nothing that was missing, everything we needed was there. The conservatory is a dream, especially when you are there in the cold season; you have a beautiful view, and the rather small house feels bigger and more open because of it. The Langer couple was very friendly and helpful, our Labrador was warmly welcomed. The great thing about the house is that you can already direct the morning walk with the dog into the forest, a two-minute walk and you're right in the middle of it, while the others are making breakfast. We will definitely come back one day, then for a few days longer.

Dream vacation with family and super nice host parents
Dear Langer family, thank you very much for the wonderful vacation. We lacked nothing. The holiday apartment is fully and purposefully equipped. Mrs. Langer and Mr. Langer took care of our needs, from the great terrace to the grill and laundry service, everything was wonderful. From the holiday apartment, you can explore the great surroundings by car, a paradise for children and hiking enthusiasts. We can wholeheartedly recommend the Langer family. Once again, thank you very much for the carefree stay :)

Vacation
For vacationers who need peace and relaxation, it is a beautiful environment and a very nice holiday home. There are many excursion destinations for young and old. A big thank you again to the Langer family, we enjoyed the vacation very much.

Vacation for Relaxation
Spontaneously, from one day to the next, we decided at the end of August to take a small trip to the Zittau Mountains. We ended up in the holiday home of the Langer family. The property, characterized by many flowers, and the beautiful holiday home were so impressive that we did not hesitate for a moment to rent this accommodation. The holiday home was cozy and practically furnished and very clean. The furnishings also considered small details. A special experience was the stay in the beautiful winter garden with the almost panoramic view. In nice weather, of course, the stay on the terrace was appealing. We could enjoy everything in a striking silence. The absence of any additional costs made the accommodation even more attractive. However, one should arrive by car if one wants to visit the well-known sights of the Zittau Mountains. We thank the Langer family, who were always friendly and helpful, for the wonderful days. In retrospect, we were glad that we received the warning! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! we had not read before, otherwise we probably would not have gotten to know this beautiful neighborhood and we would have missed out on wonderful experiences, as our experiences stand in stark contrast to these statements.

WARNING!!!!!!! Not suitable for families with children!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The arrival resembled that of a barracks area. One could not expect a "Welcome" or "How was the trip." Instead, one was quickly invited into the vacation home to undergo a strict instruction. Accusations/insults included - and that at an arrival around midnight! Treated like piglets (who make everything dirty and broken anyway), we let the "nice" landlord continue. During our stay, we had to realize that visits MUST be announced! ! ! Without prior notice, one can expect a hefty reprimand - here we also got to meet the landlord, who paid us a spontaneous visit at midnight to analyze our "MISBEHAVIOR"!
We have booked similar properties many times and have never experienced this kind of "hospitality" (inhospitality). In summary, a "visit" from young families (children also seem unwelcome) to this residence is strongly discouraged.
Vicinity of the holiday home: Die Umgebung/Landschaft ist sehr schön und sehenswert, wird allerdings bei derartigen Gastgebern vollkommen untergraben.
