Swimming possibility (approx. 150 m to the lake) at the private communal beach of the settlement, 3 terraces – garden furniture such as tables, chairs, and loungers. Around the house, garden with palm trees and lawn, fenced property, parking directly at the house on enclosed grounds

The holiday home is located on the outskirts of Lavena Ponte Tresa in a settlement with holiday homes in the Ticino architectural style. The settlement includes a private lakeside property with a sunbathing lawn, bathing jetty, and a bathing raft anchored in the lake.
Lavena Ponte Tresa is a border town between Switzerland and Italy. Various restaurants, an ice cream parlor, and a café are easily reached on foot.
Shopping facilities are available in the Lavena district, as well as in Lavena Ponte Tresa with several large supermarkets and many small shops. Large markets take place on Saturdays in Ponte Tresa and on Wednesdays in Luino.
There are plenty of excursion destinations; Lake Lugano with many beautiful places such as Lugano, Morcote, Gandria, to name just a few.
It is about 15 km to Lake Maggiore in Luino. Other worthwhile places, e.g. at Lake Como.
The Maggia Valley as well as the Verzasca Valley are recommended for a day trip.
