Luxurious, newly built house in Strandtorp on Öland where you can enjoy the peace and proximity to a refreshing bath while you have Borgholm's wide selection just 7km away. You have a large, lovely patio deck with dining area, armchairs and barbecue. The house has an open living room with a beautiful kitchen and living room. There is a dining area and a comfortable sofa to lean back on in front of the TV screen with Chromecast and Wi-Fi. You have two nice bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 cm and the other with a double bed of 160 cm. In the nice bathroom there is a sink, wc, shower and washing machine. Here you can enjoy wonderfully rural, seaside walks and runs in beautiful nature. You have a nice little swimming area with a jetty within walking distance. It is also close to Köpingsvik's extensive beaches if you want a bigger beach. In Borgholm you can enjoy the wonderful atmosphere. There are a number of restaurants, cafés, ice cream cafés and nice shops here. Don't miss visiting Borgholm's Castle Ruins where you can really feel the wings of history. Öland's zoo with its animals, water park and amusement park is usually popular with children. Not rented out to youth groups or for parties. Smoking not allowed. Not allowed to charge electric cars.

beautiful Swedish wooden house, quiet location in a cul-de-sac, very nice landlords right next door, wonderful large veranda (but no land included). within walking or biking distance to the small bathing area about 5-10 minutes. The nearest larger town Borgholm with castle + castle ruins can be reached by bike or car. The location is quiet and not far from the larger town of Borgholm. In the summer, you can also walk to the water for swimming. The house is new, well-furnished, and clean; the landlord is discreet yet helpful. However, there is a bit too little dishware for four people, and a dishwasher would be great. All in all, we felt very comfortable there. Recommendations: You can reach Borgholm Castle Ruin by bike in about 1 hour. Borgholm itself is a cozy little town that invites you to stroll. There are many opportunities for excursions, such as the two lighthouses in the north and south of the island. It is highly recommended to cycle through the Alvaret, which is about 15 km one way. A very special vegetation awaits you there.
