Location and surroundings of object
The Quartier Elbblick holiday home is located directly on the cliff and offers a wonderful view over the Elbe. Access is only via stairs, but you can start hiking directly from the front door.
The centre of Bad Schandau can be reached by car within 5 minutes. Postelwitz is a district of the spa town of Bad Schandau in the Saxon Switzerland National Park.
Postelwitz was originally a Slavic settlement of rafters, fishermen, stone crushers and shipbuilders. The development stretches approx. 2 km upstream directly along the cliff below the Schrammsteine.
Bad Schandau has shopping facilities, a tourist information centre, restaurants and cafés, hotels and the National Park House. The Toskana-Therme spa with bathing and sauna facilities is a 10-minute walk away.

Cancellation terms:
If the booking is canceled by the guest, the landlord charges a flat fee for the loss and expenses as follows: - Cancellation up to the 45th day before arrival: 20% of the rental price, but at least 25 euros - Cancellation up to the 35th day before arrival: 50% of the rental price - Cancellation thereafter and in case of no-show: 80% of the rental price b) If the rental period is rescheduled by the guest, a fee of 25 euros is charged up to 30 days before arrival. After that, 50% of the rental price will be charged.
