Welcome to this cozy holiday cottage in Helligsø Drag, perfect for up to 4 guests and located just 150 meters from the Limfjord. The area offers excellent swimming conditions and scenic walking paths along the water, making it ideal for nature lovers and families alike. The cottage features a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an inviting living area with TV, Chromecast, and Wi-Fi. A wood-burning stove in the living room provides warmth and a cozy atmosphere during cooler evenings. There are two comfortable bedrooms with double beds, and the bathroom includes underfloor heating and a washing machine for added convenience. The surrounding area offers numerous exciting excursions. Discover the natural beauty of Thy National Park with its vast and varied landscapes, or visit the North Sea town of Vorupør, known for its restaurants, cafés, and shopping opportunities. The picturesque area around Agger is also worth exploring, and larger towns such as Holstebro to the south and Thisted to the north are reachable within approximately 30 minutes by car. Outside, the cottage features a terrace with sheltered seating areas, perfect for relaxing, enjoying the fresh air, or dining outdoors. This charming property combines comfort, convenience, and a prime location near both water and nature, making it an ideal choice for a peaceful holiday retreat. No rental to youth groups. Non-smoking property.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Generous plot partly not visible, about 70 m to the sea. Everything is available in the house. Recommendations: Those expecting Mallorca will be disappointed. But those seeking peace or wanting to walk by the sea are exactly right here. For shopping, a car is needed.
