Cozy holiday home with a south-facing terrace on an enclosed, wooded plot. The seaside resort's long, fine sandy beach is just across the coastal road. There is a bedroom on the ground floor, a large bedroom upstairs, and an additional room on the ground floor, ideal as a play area or quiet corner for children. Private parking is available in front of the house. The village is accessible in a few minutes by bike or car.
Located in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, this region enjoys a mild microclimate and offers a wide range of water sports: swimming, surfing, sailing, fishing, and shellfish collecting.
Nearby, the small Passeur du Tour du Parc ferry allows you to explore the Rhuys Peninsula and its surroundings on short excursions. Craft and gastronomic markets enliven Damgan and the surrounding area. For your outings, the historic city of Vannes, the salt town of Guérande, and the seaside resort of La Baule are must-sees. Branféré Zoo, 15 km away, is a guaranteed hit with children.

The cottage is well located, close to the beach, a beautiful environment, a lot of nature, also to go out into. It is a cozy cottage, ample space for 6 people, the only downside, the pans were worn out and it was not very clean.

The house was beautifully decorated, and the location was peaceful. We enjoyed walks along the coast and collected shells on the beach. Can't wait to come back!
