Cancellation Policy A cancellation due to a government-imposed lodging ban during the Coronavirus is always possible free of charge! If the guest withdraws from the contract, in addition to an administrative fee of 10€, the following amounts are to be paid: 35 to 29 days before the arrival date: 20% of the agreed total price; 28 to 22 days before the arrival date: 30% of the agreed total price; 21 to 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed total price; 14 to 8 days before the arrival date: 70% of the agreed total price; less than 7 days before the arrival date: 90% of the agreed total price. The aforementioned payment amounts are due on the initially booked arrival date.
