The villa is completely fenced, very quiet and very private. There is a parking lot with 4 parking spaces.

Property area: outdoor swimming pool, outdoor shower, sunbathing area with sunbathing chairs, BBQ and outdoor furniture.
The private complex has one house divided in two units. Each unit has: three bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room and air conditions. The house can accommodate up to 16 people in 6 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds.
It is possible to accommodate 16 persons.
