This uniquely designed villa is located in one of the most picturesque corners of northern Sardinia: Costa Paradiso. The villa is spread over several levels and is therefore also ideal for accommodating two families (relatives/friends). From the spacious terrace in front of the villa, which is equipped with every comfort, you can admire unforgettable sunsets over the sea.

Size and architecture, all needs are fulfilled. The houses are finished with rough plaster in the colors of the park, with walls completely clad with red granite from the region, with large terraces covered in terracotta, wooden porches, and granite floors.

On the first floor: Living room with comfortable sofa and (satellite) TV; kitchen with induction hob, equipped with microwave oven, dishwasher, Bialetti or similar coffee machine; toaster, milk frother for making delicious cappuccinos. A few steps lead to the master bedroom and the bathroom with hydromassage. From the beautiful courtyard, which houses a barbecue area, a sink, a section with a washing machine, an outdoor shower, and a hot tub, you enter the relaxation room: a room that can be used by all guests and is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a TV with an HDMI cable that you can connect to your laptop to watch movies or cartoons for children. Adjacent to the relaxation room is the bathroom with a wellness area and a shower with a bench for several people. The relaxation room can be converted into a double room if needed and guarantees privacy thanks to the blackout curtains.
A few steps from the courtyard lead to the upper floor, from which one can enjoy spectacular views and unique sunsets. Here are located: a small bedroom with two single beds, a double room, and a bathroom with shower.
Bed linens and towels can be rented from the local check-in agency. A high chair and crib are available for free upon request.
The opening of the whirlpool is weather-dependent and seasonal.
Next to Villa Amalthea is Villa Sirius. Although they are close to each other, both buildings guarantee guests privacy and relaxation. Booking and Cancellation Conditions
Travelers who cancel 14 days before check-in receive a 100% refund of the amount already paid. For cancellations between 7 and 14 days before the stay begins, 50% of the amount already paid will be refunded. There will be no refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the booked stay. Minimum stay 5 nights

Smoking is not allowed in the villa. Smoking is allowed on the terrace and in the courtyard.
Pets are not allowed.
Health and safety:
The host applies thorough cleaning measures, which include:
- The use of disinfectants for the structure and all frequently touched surfaces, such as kitchen countertops, switches, handles, and faucets. - All towels and linens are washed in hot water at a minimum of 60°C/140°F between stays.
- The establishment follows governmental hygiene standards and the national "Safe Reception" protocol.
- The villa remains empty for at least one day to adequately welcome new guests.
- The villa is equipped with lighting for the various outdoor areas, courtyard, terrace, and staircase. - The villa is equipped with fire extinguishers that comply with the applicable safety regulations.
Payments:
Tourist tax, collected on-site, 2 euros per person (children under 10 are exempt).
Prepayment of 35% to confirm the booking. The remaining 65% must be paid at least 14 days before arrival.
Cleaning 130 Euros once per stay.

beautiful vacation
A beautiful new house with all amenities and a view with sunsets that take your breath away. The place Costa Paradisl is very well connected and equipped with all amenities.
Special highlights of the house:
- View, view, view!!! - Whirlpool
- Kitchen and living room with a perfect view
- 3 bathrooms
I would recommend the house mainly for couples or friends due to the stairs, which are everywhere in Costa Rei, although we also visited with 3 children and everything worked wonderfully. A car is highly recommended.
It is particularly noteworthy that Flávio, the owner, responds very quickly and is very dedicated.
We will come back!

Fantastic vacation, beautiful house.
The house is really beautiful, spacious, bright, and with the two lounges and bedrooms well arranged. It's all super modern and of excellent quality, especially the bathrooms. Five stars!! And there are as many as 3 of them.
The house has everything you need. The hospitality was great, and the place is fantastic. A breathtaking view and unimaginable sunsets! We had some amazing aperitifs.
It's very comfortable for 6 people because everyone has their own bedroom. We were seven, so we also used the fourth bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (wellness area).
In that room, on the first day, there was a bit of a stuffy smell, but it was enough to open the large French window of the room to the courtyard and the bathroom window, and the smell immediately disappeared. On the other days, we aired it out after sleeping there and when we took a shower, and the problem did not occur again.
The only regret is having stayed only a few days! I hope we will return.

When I first came to the Costa Paradiso in 1997, I fell in love with it. The crystal clear water, the secret coves, the contrast between red rock and green myrtle and the scent of summer in the air... wonderful and unforgettable impressions. As time went by, I developed the idea of buying a house with a magnificent sea view and enjoying a sunset aperitif from my terrace. So when I visited Villa Amalthea, I was immediately fascinated. The spectacular location, the wonderful view, the perfect layout of the indoor and outdoor spaces and the very high quality furnishings immediately captivated me and I hope that you feel the same way. Guests and perhaps after your stay, friends with whom you can share this part of me.
