This well-appointed holiday home is located near Bork Havn, just about 900 meters from Ringkøbing Fjord. With its smart layout, every one of the 70 square meters is put to good use, creating a cozy and functional space for families or small groups. The open-plan kitchen and living area serves as the natural gathering point of the house, offering a bright and welcoming atmosphere for cooking, dining, and relaxing together. From the living room, you have direct access to a partially sheltered terrace that invites you to unwind outdoors, whether enjoying a morning coffee or a quiet evening after a day of exploring. The house is situated on a large lawn plot, providing plenty of space for ball games and outdoor activities, making it especially suitable for families with children. The surrounding area offers great opportunities for both relaxation and active holidays by the fjord. Please note that the furniture in the house may be replaced and therefore could differ from what is shown in the photos. Rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Upon arrival, we found a clean house where both consumables (trash bags, toilet paper) and utensils (plates, cups, cutlery) were available in sufficient quantity. The kitchen is completely adequate, and the living room is cozy. The large bedroom has enough space, while the other two are slightly smaller. The terrace is well-equipped, and the adjoining fenced lawn area is also suitable for pets. Recommendations: We used the house to explore the beaches around the fjord, the beach of Nymindegab captivated us.

The garden is beautifully large and completely fenced, which makes traveling with a dog very pleasant. The kitchen leads into the dining/living area and is therefore not separated from the rest. The house has many large windows and is therefore very bright. The furnishings are cozy and the beds are comfortable. / The holiday home is equipped with a modern TV set. Since there is neither a satellite system nor an internet connection, the house is not suitable for everyone. The bathroom is tiny, the mats are filthy, and the shower curtain is disgusting. This definitely needs to be replaced. We didn't go into the bathroom without flip-flops. The mattress protectors have also seen better days and need to be cleaned urgently.

The house is quiet, so relaxation is on the agenda. We were very satisfied. In the kitchen, everything you need is there, just a frying pan is better to bring along. The refrigerator with a separate freezer is great. The only downside of the house is that there is only one German TV channel, ZDF. There could definitely be something done about that. Recommendations: Bork Havn is really small but nice. About 10 minutes by bike. If you like fish, Hvide Sande is simply unbeatable. In Hvide Sande, there is an outlet. It's not like in Germany or the Netherlands. There was only underwear. Those who enjoy cycling or walking are in the right place here.
