Haus Erika mit 4 Schlafzimmern war perfekt für 3 unterschiedliche Generationen. Ich hatte zu meinem 80. Geburtstag für 8 Tage meine Familie eingeladen. Haus Erika im schönen „alten“ Westerland, Nähe Busbahnhof, Nähe Stadtmitte, Nähe Strand, Nähe Supermärkte. Ausser mir war noch keiner von meiner Familie auf Sylt und alle waren hell begeistert wozu Haus Erika mit seiner perfekten Ausstattung und Lage viel dazu beigetragen hat. Sie wollen alle wiederkommen, aber Oma zahlt erst zum 90.

We were at the accommodation for the third time. We all enjoyed it very much as always, rarely have we encountered a place that is so well-furnished and at the same time so functional, comfortable, and practical. The kitchen is superbly equipped, there’s even a fridge and a wine cooler. We felt completely at ease. For 7 people, everything is absolutely available, nothing is missing. Everything was clean, and we were also able to use the terrace when the weather was nice. Thank you very much for that.

Beautiful, cozy house in a great location. It is quiet, but directly at the train station and within a 10-minute walk to the city center and the promenade. The kitchen, despite its smaller size, is very well equipped, which stands out positively, especially compared to other holiday home kitchens. Only a microwave is missing. The rooms are nice and cozy; the only downside is that the attic, so the 4th floor... The bedroom has no door, which is unfortunate because you can hear everything, as the staircase and kitchen are open. The doors could also use some oiling. Otherwise, it's great! Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the terrace in December, but it was really nice and big!

The house was modernly furnished. The layout was perfect for us. We were 5 adults and one child. The proximity to the center and the train station was great, easily accessible on foot even with a child. The communication/email exchange was flawless. Questions were answered immediately. I can only recommend House Erika, and we will definitely come back.

The house was very beautiful. The furnishings were modern, and nothing was missing. The kitchen was well equipped, there was even an ice maker and a wine cooler. We felt completely comfortable. We were traveling with friends and could move freely without disturbing each other. The house is near the city and completely quiet, surrounded by beautiful houses with gardens. Pure idyll. A good starting point for activities.
