Since we ourselves are can-openers of velvet paws and fur noses, we rent out our private holiday flat to other dog or cat owners who, like us, do not want to be without their animals on holiday. In the climatic health resort Falkenstein / Bavarian Forest. Only 38km from Regensburg. The holiday park is located directly at the forest. Hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks start directly at the park.

You live in a 2-room flat for up to 4 people on approx. 53m² living space on the 1st floor. (for max. 4 persons) 1 bedroom with double bed and sleeping gallery. Living room with modern wall unit and comfortable double sofa bed, LED TV, (satellite TV with Sky reception), DVD player, Internet and wood-burning stove, the decoration we have taken motifs from the landscape. A separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen area with dishwasher and microwave, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, hallway with wardrobe, mirror and underfloor heating. Modern bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and WC. Balcony with table, chairs and parasol. Baby and children's equipment, high chair, baby travel cot with accessories, changing mat, bottle warmer, crockery + cutlery, toys and puzzles for various age groups, sledges, Bobby Car

Paediatrician in the neighbouring town.
Vet directly in town.

Utilities ( water, electricity, heating and ) are included with us.

Equipment for pets, bowls, baskets and pillows, also for larger dogs, scratching post and anti-tilt grids on the windows. A cat protection net is available for the balcony (takes approx. 20 minutes to set up)

Up to 4 pets are allowed in our house!

There is a parking space at the edge of the complex.

Sauna house with infrared cabin and solarium (for a fee).

The flat is located in a family-friendly, car-free holiday park (awarded 4 bears by Kinderland Bayern)
The outdoor pool in Falkenstein and the indoor pool in Wörth () are free for our guests. Bobby Car rental in the holiday park

Location and surroundings of object

With a view of the castle dating back to the 11th century, the holiday park is terraced on the edge of the forest. This location, which is also car-free, makes the park particularly attractive for couples with pets and families with children. The holiday park was classified by Kinderland Bayern with the second highest award (4 bears).

Car drivers are assured that parking spaces are of course available in the immediate vicinity. Each apartment has its own parking space.
In only five to ten minutes on foot you have reached the town of Falkenstein, where you will find everything that keeps body and soul together. The climatic health resort of Falkenstein with its castle built in the 11th century is situated at 573 m between Regensburg, Cham and Straubing.

Falkenstein Castle Park is the second largest nature and rock park in Bavaria.
The imposing granite formations invite you to marvel at them.

A visit to the Valhalla in Donaustauf, built by King Ludwig I in 1830-1841, is a nice excursion and starting point for a hike to Staufen Castle.

Regensburg, only about 40 km away, is definitely worth a day in your holiday calendar. A beautiful old town invites you to stroll and linger, the parks to take a walk and the Stone Bridge and the cathedral to visit.
