The manor house «Landhaus Garten - Сады Усадьбы» was built as a place for family holidays and, together with a large garden, is strongly connected to the nature and landscape of Podolia.
The house is located at a distance from the village in a quiet village on the rocky bank of the Zbrucz River and the green bank of the Dniester. The plot of «Landhaus Garten - Сады Усадьбы» borders directly on the beach of the Zbrucze, where you can swim or fish.
At your disposal we offer comfortable fully equipped double and triple rooms with a terrace and satellite TV. There are up to 10 beds in the cottage.

The manor house «Landhaus Garten - Сады Усадьбы» is located about 5km from the fortress at Chocim, which guarded the crossing of the Dniester River, and about 18km from the Old Town and fortress in Kamieniec Podolski.
The manor is located on a high bank above the mouth of the Zbruch River to the Dniester. There are two road bridges on the Zbruch just before the estuary. The border of the Republic of Poland (Okopy) with Soviet Ukraine (USSR, Isakovce, along the Zbruch) and with Romania (Chocim, along the Dniester) passed here until September 1939. Around 1928, a Polish watchtower of the Korpus Ochrony Pogranicza (KOP) was built in Okopy. Feel like the hero of Henryk Sienkiewicz's novels „Pan Wołodyjowski” and „Ogniem i Mieczem”.
Worth seeing in the surrounding area (on foot or by bike):
- The significance and fate of Žvaniec was well depicted in „Pan Wołodyjowski” by Henryk Sienkiewicz - the ruins of the Kalinowski and Lanckoroński castle.
- Soviet fortifications 1939-1941: Molotov Line Fortified Area – DOT.
- Okopy św. Trójcy (approx. 1 km.) - a place known from the plot of the drama "The Un-divine Comedy" by Zygmunt Krasiński, remains of fortifications of Kazimierz Pułaske's fortress from the end of the 17th century (Bar Confederation)
- Atlantis" cave - near Zawallia (approx. 4 km.)
The unique climate of the village - Nature Park „Podolskie Towtry” - is an excellent base for hiking, cycling, horse riding and water excursions.
The biggest attraction in the region is the fortress of Kamieniec Podolski and the fortress of Chocim.
The Dniester and Zbruch rivers - a paradise for fishing enthusiasts. The plot «Landhaus Garten - Сады Усадьбы» borders directly on the beach of the Zbrucz River, where you can swim or fish.
