Interior description of the holiday flat on the south beach

Enter the holiday flat for your holiday on Fehmarn, walk through the hallway, past the kitchen into the spacious living room and bedroom of the apartment. From there you can go directly to the balcony, where you can sunbathe and enjoy the direct sea view.

Even from the dining table you can look out over the blue sea and listen to the sound of the sea or the radio while you treat yourself to something delicious to eat or your favourite hot drink.

The comfortable sofa bed, is perfect to spend restful nights on and to get really cosy while watching your series or movies.

In the small but well-equipped kitchen, you can prepare your meals or simply use the cutlery and crockery if you have picked up something tasty from a restaurant on the way.

And in the modern bathroom you can freshen up after or before your explorations of the island, or warm up before retiring to the cosy double bed or starting your next adventure.

As a special little highlight, you can also wake up to the smell of fresh bread rolls every morning in this holiday flat.

Location and exterior description of the holiday flat on Fehmarn

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the "Strandburg" holiday home and offers you a direct sea view and a view of the listed high-rise buildings. You can easily reach the apartment via the lift and it is only a few metres to the yellow sandy beach with its kilometre-long paths, the promenade, restaurants and cafés.

The beach is partly guarded by the DLRG. This means that whether young or old, you can relax, play, swim and enjoy an ice cream or other treats and refreshments while others look after your safety.

It is also only a short walk from the holiday flat to Burgstaaken. There, among other things, Silo Climbing on Fehmarn, Europe's highest top-rope secured climbing facility, the submarine museum, fresh fish, boat tours and much more await you.

Only 3 km away is Burg auf Fehmarn with shopping, nightlife, other activities such as the Galileo Knowledge World, the butterfly park and shops for shopping.


Special feature of the Inselblume 01

The Inselblume 01 is located on the same floor as the Inselblume 24, which makes this holiday home ideal if you are travelling with a larger group of people and would like to book several holiday homes. In addition to the Inselbume 24 holiday flat, the Inselblume 03 is also located in the same section of the Strandburg building.

Cancellation terms

Before the start of the booked appointment, you can withdraw from the rental agreement at any time by written declaration. To avoid misunderstandings, this is only possible in writing or by email, not by telephone. Our claim to the agreed payment remains, even if you do not start your vacation, and the reasons for not starting are irrelevant. Cancellations are only possible for the entire period. Partial cancellation is not allowed! In case of withdrawal, our standardized claim for cost reimbursement in percent of the rental sum is as follows: - up to 42 days before the start of the trip 0% of the travel amount - from the 41st day before the start of the trip 50% of the travel amount - from the 21st day before the start of the trip 100% of the travel amount - in case of no-show, the entire rent is due. If the property can be re-rented under the same conditions in case of short notice non-use, the tenant has a reasonable additional effort flat rate of 15% of the proportional rental price. A flat rate of €25.00 is charged for rebookings (only possible in the same fiscal year). If the rental duration remains the same or the rental price remains the same or higher, no further costs will be incurred. If the rental price is reduced, in addition to the rebooking flat rate, 15% of the difference will be calculated as a processing flat rate. The flat-rate calculated damages for rental loss and additional effort can be reduced by re-renting or saved expenditures. You have the option to provide proof of lesser damage. If you do not arrive without prior written cancellation, our claim to payment of the full rental amount including all additional costs remains. In this case, the tenant has no right to settle the cancellation fees according to the above-mentioned percentage scaling. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with your insurer.
