From the living area, you can step out onto the partially covered terrace, furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a grill, ideal for enjoying sunny days or pleasant evenings outdoors. The property is just a five-minute walk from the sandy beach, making it easy to enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and seaside walks. The town center of Nykøbing Sjælland, with its shops and restaurants, is also only a short walk away, offering convenience alongside tranquility. For additional activities, the house is approximately a 10-minute drive from Summerland Sjælland, a family-friendly amusement park, as well as a golf course and the town of Rørvig, providing plenty of options for day trips and entertainment.
