Description
The flat is located on the upper floor of a three-family house in a convenient but very quiet location. Free parking directly in front of the house. WLAN free of charge. The flat has been offered as a holiday home since the end of 2022. It is freshly renovated and furnished. There is a bedroom, a living room with another sleeping possibility and dining area. A bathroom and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your daily needs, e.g. fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, 4 hot plates + oven. In the living/dining area there is a 46" flat screen TV with DVD player and a radio.

100% recommendation for this holiday apartment!
From October 19 to 26, 2025, I rented the holiday apartment as an individual.
The property is located in a quiet residential street.
The landlord is friendly and helpful, as are the other residents of the house.
The apartment has everything one needs. Shops for self-catering are nearby, in case one doesn't want to eat out all the time. With the car, but also with public transport, one can quickly reach the city center to explore the sights or to shop. The parking fees at the central parking lot by the zoo are fortunately moderate. This is different in Oldenburg, where I took a day trip (0.70€/15 minutes). I can absolutely recommend the vacation apartment with a clear conscience!

Beautiful, clean apartment in a good location with an attentive landlord.
We were four of us for a short vacation in Bremerhaven from 28.07 - 30.07.23. The apartment was very clean and the landlord even offered us the opportunity to leave our luggage in the apartment before the official check-in time. The contact with the landlord was overall very nice and uncomplicated. The apartment is cozy and functional. We would love to come back.
