We can highly recommend the apartment and felt very comfortable. A very good bakery and café is reachable in five minutes, two playgrounds nearby, but the children also enjoyed playing in the large garden, and we could grill and sit together at the large cozy wooden table. Having the summer toboggan run right outside the door was the highlight for the children. The apartment itself is very lovingly furnished and having TVs in every room is a real luxury. The large living-kitchen with dining area is very cozy, the sauna with its own relaxation room we didn't test at all, but it is surely a great balance in bad weather. We would love to come back and explore the area further.

Good day, we were happy to spend time in your holiday apartment, however, we have a few suggestions that could have made the stay even better: In the kitchen, there is a lack of cookware for the number of possible guests. There is no large pot or bowl available. The cushions on the chairs and the bench need to be secured. They keep slipping down. On the upper floor, there was a stool that was generally quite practical for smaller children to stand on, but the tiles on it are broken and coming loose, making it dangerous to stand on without shoes. The bathroom on the upper floor would be renovated like the one downstairs; then the entire apartment would have more value. Similarly, in the bedroom under the roof, the shelves still have raw particle board edges. These details are what we felt were missing. A Hochkönig Card would also be a nice addition.
