This luxurious chalet near La Roche-en-Ardenne boasts a fantastic location and great views over the hilly countryside. It is very suitable for family holidays and with a spacious, enclosed garden, dog cushions, water bowls and numerous walking routes nearby, it is also ideal for guests with dogs. Several walking and mountain bike routes run around the house. Enjoy a forest walk to the Nisramont dam, where you can kayak on the Ourthe, or visit the feudal castle and the cosy shops in La Roche-en-Ardenne. Samrée and Baraque de Fraiture offer plenty of opportunity for winter sports enthusiasts. You enter the house via the terrace on the first floor. Below are the bedrooms with access to the garden. The living room is spacious and features a cosy wood-burning stove. You will also find the dining area with a dining table for 6. Adjacent is the luxurious, open-plan kitchen with all amenities. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathroom has decorative tiles. Furthermore, the house has a large veranda with panoramic views of Hérou. The large garden is fully enclosed and has a barbecue and fire pit with tripod. Additional services from the homeowner:
